Charlottetown Port waterfront 2 bedroom/2 bath ground level

Renovated In July, 2020. Brand new King size bed in master bedroom with 1000 TC sheets and private bath. 2nd bedroom has a NEW queen size Endy Bed. The couch, tv, furniture, towels, sheets, linens, are all new throughout. The washer and dryer and dishwasher are new in 2023. We are on the ground level with private access overlooking the Charlottetown Marina and next door to Founders Hall. We have WIFI and streaming Smart TV. We are situated beside Port Charlottetown and Confederation landing Park, Province House, Founders Food Hall and Market, Victoria Park and the Confederation Trail, Cows Ice Cream, an array of floating restaurants, Lobster on the Wharf, Pure Spa, Receiver Coffee House and all the amenities that Charlottetown has to offer!
This is our primary residence in the winter months and we head to our cottage on pei during summer months. This is an active working port with cruise ships and tourist shuttles and carriage rides as well as walking traffic. Confederation landing park and confederation walking and bike trails are located adjacent to the unit as well as seadoo and bike rentals and boat excursions and live outdoor concerts and farmers market all summer

A beautiful condo in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful harbour views. The property is very comfortable and well equipped. Genetta was a super helpful and thoughtful host.

Lovely and clean. Very well appointed. All the supplies needed are here. We could walk to the harbour, market hall and restaurants. Perfect location.

Beautiful condo, right in downtown Charlottetown and in walking distance to everything. Fabulous owner who helped us a lot. The only downside was that it faces a big gravel pit rather than the city or the ocean.

Best Location In Charlottetown

The condo was very clean, very spacious , great layout, well stocked with supplies, towels etc. Location was perfect on the waterfront and close to attractions, restaurants and all that Charlottetown has to offer. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Accomodations in Great PEI

This property is maintained in tip top shape and is in the best location for exploring PEI. Gen & Dusty are great hosts and are available at the drop of a hat with anything you might need. Gen's recommendations for restaurants and must see sites were spot on.

A great home away from home

This condo is in a great location to explore Charlottetown. The proximity to the cruise ship arrival pier was not really a problem. The communication with the owner was flawless. The place is very comfortable

Amazing!

This rental has everything you need, and in the perfect Charlottetown location. Very clean and beautifully decorated. All you need are a few groceries and your all set. This is walking distance to all Charlottetown has to offer. The owners were quick to answer any questions I had and so helpful with places to visit. You will not be disappointed with this rental!! Thank you again for an amazing holiday and sharing your space with us!!!

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment is located near Peaks Wharf in downtown Charlottetown and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There were only 2 of us staying there but it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living space. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Since we spent the middle week of a 3-week vacation in the apartment, the washer and dryer to use at the beginning and end of our stay were a huge help. I especially enjoyed sitting on the small porch for morning coffee and reading. The owner was very responsive to the few texts that I sent with questions and the keyless entry made for easy check-in. I recommend this apartment to anyone wanting comfort and easy access to Charottetown.

Location, location, location!

The condo was better than expected. Genette is a gem of a lady, very responsive and full of ideas, suggestions and information. The location is perfect, short walk to many resteraunts, the water, shops. Clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have two bathrooms. Well stocked, some board games and cards we utilized were great addition as well as having beach towels. Handy having a washer and dryer in unit. Only downside was no AC in the bedrooms but the fan in the main bedroom helped. We kept our bedroom doors open and that helped alot too. Thanks for making our stay even better Genette!!

Home Away From Home!

We chose this property because its description ticked all the boxes for our 2 week anniversary trip. It did not disappoint - it's just as described/pictured! Owners were easily accessible and very responsive (and patient with us as we contacted them a number of times!). Unit was beautiful, clean and the perfect size for the two of us to feel right at home. We loved the king-sized bed - mattress & linens were perfectly cozy. Living space was well laid out and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Laundry room came in handy! Even though we were right on the waterfront with activity from the cruise ships, there was plenty of privacy due to the versatile window blinds. Location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to everything we love about Charlottetown, yet centrally located for day trips around the island, as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for being such gracious hosts!

Great location, very comfortable

The condo location was great - close to Founder’s Hall market to grab a beer or coffee, and easy walking distance into town for dinner. We walked everywhere over the 2 weeks we stayed and really got to feel that we knew the city. Everyone was very friendly, and so polite. We laughed at how cars came to a screeching halt if they saw you even approaching the crosswalk. We also enjoyed exploring the island, especially the beaches at Cavendish and Brackley Beach. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean. Only very minor issues, eg the shower in the master bath is a little small and dark. Otherwise, totally fabulous. It was nice that the owners provided access to their Netflix and Amazon accounts as we quickly learned our US-based accounts on our firestick did not work in Canada.

Our condo was beautiful, clean, well-appointed and a great location. We could walk to dinner and all the local attractions as well. The owner was incredibly helpful and always there for us when we couldn't open the door - our fault!

Wonderful Location!!

This Condo is in the best location!!! We walked to amazing restaurants, Ate at Cows Ice cream , had a choice of two farmers markets and never ran out of stuff to see or do! The owners are great at communication and described the property perfectly. The condo is well stocked and clean, clean clean. We will stay here whenever we are in town

We have lived in NB and ran businesses in Moncton from 1988-2018 and we always maintained a cottage for our PEI summers on the south shore of PEI. WE love our island and are so proud to share this space with you.

My husband and I purchased This property in June 2020. We liked it because it is located downtown on the waterfront and within walking distance to all amenities. It needed only cosmetic work and comfortable furniture that we like to have when we travel. I Lived on Water Street until I was 10 so I have many fond memories of Charlottetown. It is a beautiful and serene downtown space with much to offer.

This condo is located on the ground floor at a busy working port and it has easy access to parking, for strollers or wheelchairs and is within walking distance to everything from Receiver Coffee next door to floating restaurants, Confederation Landing Park, Cows Ice Cream, Founders Hall and Food Market, boat and Seadoo rentals, a lobster market next door and many shops and unique stores as well as the walking tours of historic Charlottetown. Look for Eckhart the mouse … 9 bronze statues located on a self walking tour and learn more about downtown !
