The property is very well located…close to Charlottesville attractions and food/drink/entertainment options and just far enough to avoid any excessive noise. The square and surrounding streets are quiet w low traffic. The apartment was large, very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Communication with our hosts was fast, efficient and very helpful.

Large apartment with everything you need

It was nice having a dedicated parking spot. Once you park, you can walk everywhere. The apartment has everything you need. Charlottetown is an attractive town with lots of restaurants.

Fantastic apartment in a historical building

We had a very comfortable stay in this modernized, spacious apartment. The high ceilings and character were spectacular, plus the location was a short walk from restaurants and cafes. The owners literally have everything we could need for an extended stay from a well-appointed kitchen, to laundry... even a small blender and yoga mat! The building and location is very quiet being across from a small park. The bed was very comfortable, easy key-less entry and it was spotless. The desk and work area was exactly what I needed during the day and the living area was comfortable. I look forward to returning!

Home away from home

The unit was huge! A full living room, separate kitchen and bedroom with lovely hardwood floors and lots of windows. The bathroom was clean and had shelves to put things. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfectly located to walk to everything we needed. It was quiet despite being on the ground floor, and we were thrilled to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We had no need to contact the host during our stay, so cant provide any assessment on that front. A definite gem - would stay here again.
