Welcome to your perfect getaway! This brand new spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home backs onto a stunning golf course, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Step inside to discover a bright, open-concept living area designed for relaxation. The comfortable seating area invites you to unwind after a day on the greens, while the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space for all your culinary adventures. In the kitchen you will also find a Keurig and drip coffee machine. Additionally, you will have many kitchen appliances (such as a blender, toaster etc.) available making cooking easy and convenient. Enjoy meals at the large dining table or take them outside to the patio for al fresco dining with a view.

The bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring cozy bedding and plenty of storage. The master suite includes an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while the additional bedrooms are perfect for family or guests. We’ve provided plenty of soft towels — fresh ones for your showers and colorful ones ready for the beach or pool! If you’re traveling with kids, they’ll love our fun bunk bed room! We’ve also stocked plenty of toys and gear for the pool and beach.

Property includes a backyard spa and pool! Imagine lounging in your private oasis, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing dips with stunning golf course views. Please note: additional charges may apply for heating the pool and/or spa (20$ per day), depending on the time of year. Please confirm with the host. Additionally, the pool and spa heater is weather-dependent and will not operate when outdoor temperatures are below 50°F. This is a system limitation designed to protect the equipment and is not a malfunction. On any day when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F and pool or spa heating is unavailable, the heating fee for that day(s) will be fully refunded.

For safety and security - exterior cameras are present at the home. One records the front entrance, one records the driveway, one records side of home with pool equipment, and two record the backyard. All cameras include audio recording.
