Everything you could ever need!

We had a wonderful 10 days at this property - the host was always super quick to respond to anything. The house was clean and welcoming with an incredibly well stocked kitchen (we love that since we prefer to eat in most of the time!) We loved the walking trail nearby and there was so much space in the home to spread out and relax. We explored many beaches within a 35 mile radius, and especially loved Boca Grande which was just a few short minutes from the home. We would happily stay here again and highly, highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Family Celebration Time

Loved our stay! My sister lives nearby and was celebrating her 75th birthday. Time to meet her great nephew. The separate sleeping/living arrangements, pool, toys & location were perfect for walking over to celebrate, enjoying the beach and hanging out. Thanks for your hospitality and accommodations!

Quiet, friendly neighbourhood

We really enjoyed the house and the pool. It was very private as it backed onto some green space and the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. We spent a lot of time relaxing around the pool and playing games in the lanai.

7 Days in May 2023

Bruce is an excellent host. The property description (listing and pictures) is accurate. The only issues were kitchen cleanliness and a hard to open/close glass slider. I mention kitchen cleanliness because a more thorough cleaning was required. For example, spaghetti sauce splatter inside the microwave, some residue on countertops, and food crumbs in various places. These were easy to spot, so I can only conclude the cleaners went through the motions. We cleaned these items ourselves the day of arrival as we did not want anyone else present in our "home for the week". The rest of the house was clean. As for the glass sliding door, this is one of 4 sliders that provide entry to the pool area, so not a big deal. I mentioned these to Bruch and I'm confident they will be addressed for future stays. A new roof was installed the week prior to our visit. Other houses in the area still have roof damage from the Sept 2022 hurricane. No issues here with the new roof. There are ceiling fans in many rooms which made for a comfortable environment with the A/C set at 75F. The availability of a spare key and a garage door remote made entry very convenient. Pool temperature was a comfortable 86F. The lanai furniture was sufficient and comfortable for morning breakfast and evening drinks. I would return to the property for a future stay.

Fun pool time

Our family had a wonderful stay in your home. Every day we spent time in the pool. We couldn't get our 22 month grandbaby out of the pool. We also enjoyed several of the nearby beaches. Would love to come back and stay again.

Everything excellent

This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean with comfortable beds.House was perfect for our stay, it was well stocked with what we needed.The kids loved the pool, the house was really nice, and it was close to Boca Grande State Park, Stump Pass State Park and other attractions.(kayaking, fishing,biking,warm mineral springs) 1h 20 min to Bush Gardens.Perfect for families.

Perfect Stay

We decided to do a long term vacation rent a house close to areas we are thinking of moving. This was the perfect house in the perfect area. Great house with lots of amenities.
