Trash on the floor when we got there, they don’t give you towels, hand soap, trash bags etc. The linoleum in the kitchen is peeling away. The cabinets in the bathroom are taped. The blinds on the front door were wrecked. Moldy shower curtain. Whoever was there last or the cleaners left rags in the dryer that smelled like mold and were covered in old food I had to throw them out, and clean out the food from the dryer to use it.

We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. The condition you described is unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and immediately deal with cleanliness and maintenance concerns instead of enjoying your vacation. Trash left on the floor, moldy items, damaged blinds, peeling flooring, and food left in the dryer are not the standards we strive to provide for our guests. We also understand your disappointment regarding the starter supplies and housekeeping condition upon arrival. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these issues can be addressed immediately and inspected thoroughly. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as it helps us improve both the property and guest experience moving forward. We truly regret the inconvenience and frustration this caused during your stay.
