If I could give 6 stars I would. First the place was absolutely perfect. Clean and well appointed.Easy beach access with showers on the way in. Roof top deck was great. Close to everything you need. Secondly the staff was incredible we had an issue with the A/C and it was taken care of in a day. Kudos to our rep Zareh. Was on top of everything at a moments notice.Stay here for your beach vacay you won’t be disappointed!!

Kitchen lacked a few things that we needed and had to bring with us. The apartment had a mildew odor and there was dust on all the furniture and kitchen countertops. Laundry was in the apartment but the dryer was a headache because it was ventless and required periodic removal of water extracted from the drying clothes.There was also constant construction noise on our side of the facility for the entire first week of our stay. Our property manager contact was very nice and friendly. He tried to help as much as he could…timing of the construction and our stay was inconvenient.

Fantastic location, condo and amenities!

Condo building looks newly updated- pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, and right on the beach! This specific unit had EVERYTHING- the softest towels, soap, laundry in the unit with detergent, beach chairs, sports equipment, puzzles/books for a rainy day, small but fully equipped kitchen. Condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, museums and the grocery store! We will certainly be back!

Great Location

We have been staying in this unit for many years during the same week. We love the unit because of it's location. It is no frills when it comes to the furniture. The price this year has jumped from what we use to pay. I would have no problem paying it but the furniture definitely needs to be updated for the price that it rents for now

Loved this Condo 1st floor

This is the first time we chose a first floor condo. Very nice to step right out to the pool. We took advantage of the seating area by the grills. And ate a nice dinner on the picnic tables. Condo was clean and well equipped. Loved that the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were separated. Our adult daughter enjoyed the back bedroom and bathroom all to herself. We stayed in the master bedroom and master bath. Very comfortable beds and nice dressers for our clothing. Well equipped laundry room and kitchen. We had good communication with the rental company. There were nice treats such as suncreen and a bottle of wine when we arrived. Zarch helped us figure out the TV. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
