Chateau by the Sea 103 is the perfect place to get away and relax. There are two master bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathroom. In addition, everything you need is provided such as a full kitchen, all linens/towel and a washer/dryer. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment. * Air mattress available for additional sleeping space

The ultimate convenience of having private beach access and a heated pool only a few steps from your patio, along with a breathtaking 360 degree view from Chateau's private rooftop patio.. This ground floor unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

The host was very attentive through the whole stay. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. The beach is steps away and restaurants are within walking distance if you want to park the car for your stay. The property also has a nice pool and observation deck, which is great to watch the space launches. All around a great place to spend your Cocoa Beach vacation.

Unit was very clean and recently updated exactly as advertised. Location of the building was excellent for access to the beach, the pier, and to Kennedy Space Center.

It was very nice but I thought it had a sofa bed and it did not. We were able to live without BUT the lights right outside our window, crazy bright! Really need black out curtains. The air mattress deflated as most do.Again very nice and great customer service just lights way to bright for vacation.

Cocoa Beach/KSC Visit

Great location close to the pier, used to visit the Kennedy Space Center 30 minute drive, clean well furnished, great communication with property owners, keep us well informed on check in and check out procedures, highly recommended if visiting the Cocoa Beach Area

Château by the Sea

We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau by the Sea. The place was clean and decorated nicely. It had all the conveniences of home while still giving a vacation home vibe. We appreciated all the thoughtfulness put into the place, like beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. All things you can’t really pack when flying in from out of state. While we were there, Zareh arranged for our entire family to take complimentary surf lessons, which my kids and husband enjoyed and had never done before even though we have taken many beach vacations. It was a short, but very memorable trip. I would recommend the Cheateau by the Sea while in Cocoa Beach.

Place was in a great location for what we needed for this trip. The furniture does need to be updated. Living Room and Dining Room very uncomfortable. Place was very clean and everything that was advertised was provided.

Memorable vacation

The house was amazing with plenty of accommodations for everyone. It was spacious and serene. We were less than a minute walking distance from the beach and probably two-three minutes from the pier. Plenty of fun places to check out and eat at or just cook at home; the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed including a bottle opener and can opener. We will definitely be back soon for another week.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Everything for our stay was perfect! Only 45 minutes from the MCO airport, check-in was simple and convenient, the home was perfectly clean, it looked just like the pictures! The setup was spacious on the inside, they provided beach chairs, an umbrella for shade on the beach, beach towels and plenty of regular towels and wash clothes. They also provided enough toiletries to last for our stay (Monday-Friday). The heated pool was perfect for swimming during anytime of the day. The pool was perfectly lit by the sun during the day and the building provided shade on half of the pool in the afternoon. The grills were located next to the pool, separated by a fence making it easy for my husband to cook dinner while me and the kids played in the pool. The rooftop seating was perfect, we made breakfast and ate on the rooftop facing the beach. There was also an outside seating area on the first floor with a tv where we drank our early morning coffee. Right on the beach, next to the pier, and everything we needed was close (grocery store, restaurants, entertainment, etc.). Our host provided us with a list of things to do in the area amongst other useful resources. We will definitely be back to this location, hoping we can book it every year!

Beach Vacation

Great location for family vacation. This Condo was exactly as described and very relaxing. On the beach and we walked everywhere we went. Plenty of restaurants within walking. We look forward to be being back.

Perfect Location

This rental was just as described and pics are accurate. Clean and well stocked with pans, dishes, towels, linens etc. Most convenient to have the beach chairs and umbrella. Condos were full of fellow vacationers, location was not sketchy at all and super convenient to the beach and pier. 100% would stay here again.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved staying here! It was lovely having our dogs with us. The location was perfect right on the beach with the pool on site. The pier is right next to it which was very convenient. Also the property was super close to all the local restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. We will definitely be back again!

Overall good experience. One of the better places we stayed on our two week trip. With a couple of exceptions. Mold build on the shower curtain. We had to pull it off and wash it. Furniture in living room is designed for children, way to short to the ground. minor details.

Family celebration.

Wonderful experience in this very clean, and updated condo! Besides being right on the beach, the next best feature was the rooftop seating. Extremely clean grounds, pool and facility. Highly recommend.

Beach vacation

The condo was amazing but during checking I was never informed that vrbo would charge a fee in addition to the fees added by the property it self. I will not use vrbo again. Thank you.
