It’s the perfect location to have immediate access to the beach. The pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect! We loved being able to watch the sunrises each morning and walk the beach looking for shells Also seeing the cruise ships arrive and depart was an added bonus! Will definitely revisit! Thank you

Vacation with the grandchildren

Perfect location right on the ocean, great views , right near the pier, lifeguards on beach. Convenient walk, bike to town attractions. Comes with necessary beach accessories - chairs, towels, bogey boards. And a pool!

Great Stay

We had a very pleasant stay. Ocean is a few steps from the property. Pool is also another great option. Very close to navy pier, excellent food and drinks options. Property manager was very professional and there was good communication. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing stay

We stayed in unit 306. Everything was great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Waking up with the view of the beach was relaxing. We will definitely come back. The property had everything. The pool was refreshing. Everyone was nice. Manager was easy to contact.

Would recommend

The condo was a good size for our family including a walk in closet in the master bedroom. The building is on the beach, and is clean and well maintained. It's a great location within walking distance to the pier and stores. The beach chairs and towels were in the unit but the beach umbrella was missing. When we contacted the office, they acted very quickly in getting a replacement. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Winter Escape

The condo provides a great view of the ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier. The pier does block some of the ocean view, but has its own activity to watch. We saw ships depart almost daily. Watching a launch from the roof was really nice! The condo is clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cups, plates, utensils and pots and pans, but be prepared to provide supplies if you plan on doing any cooking, The location is great and there are plenty of restaurant options in the area.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Chateau by the Sea is well maintained and picturesque. The beds are relatively comfortable and the apartments are spacious. We had 4 adults staying in our unit and never really felt cramped. As you walk on the beach you can tell it is better maintained than many of the properties nearby. When we were there the pier was undergoing refurbishment, but once that is done this will be an even better place to stay because it is super close, but not so close that noise is an issue. If there is a launch going up from the space center the rooftop is a GREAT place to watch and I didn't see anything like that space anywhere else as we walked up and down the beach nearby. Oh, and the staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. Stay here, it's great!

Beach trip

I had no idea this was a condominium association. I was unaware of no smoking anywhere on the property except for one designated area in the parking lot. I’m glad my mother decided not to go because of heat. It would have been a pain for me to wheel her down for smoking. It’s probably where she would of wanted to stay. But impossible due to no shade there. I’m just putting it on here in case anyone else would have the same problem as me. I’m glad it didn’t affect my trip. Everything else went great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Host response immediate and resolution to a small housekeeping issue. Excellent location. Everything you need for a beach experience. Umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, cooler and although we didn't use 2 boogie boards. Definitely, my new go to while visiting family in Cocoa Beach.

Hurricane Ian

We had a great time despite Choosing a week that a hurricane decides to come through. Had to pretty much be inside for a few days. Everything about the condo was great. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable but we wouldn’t have sat on it as much if we would’ve been able to go out because of the hurricane. The property Mgr was always around for any questions you may have. Definitely would stay again.

A Few Items to Fix

The condo was nice but needs just a bit of attention. The vertical blinds don't all work correctly. The tower rack in one of the bathrooms was pulling off of the wall. The couch in the living room was old and hard as a rock. At one point we thought one of our son-in-laws was going to be able to join us for a few days. We were planning on him sleeping on that couch. Just one last thing, the TVs proved difficult to use. Some instructions would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family Spring Break

The location of this property was perfect for a family taking 2 active boys. Directly facing the beach with the pier within 2 minute walk which was nice when the boys wanted ice cream or snacks! The condo complex is very nice due to the size, not too big. We plan on booking this complex for our next break. The property manager was wonderful to deal with. Their service was excellent.

Great experience! Loved the view!

Overall I loved the property! We enjoyed the area and the view. My only criticism would be that the couch was so uncomfortable that it was almost unusable. Otherwise, we had a great time! Thanks!

Very good stay

We enjoyed the apartment which has a very nice view. We had everything we needed to spend a nice week. Kelsy was very responsive when we needed a new beach chair. The residence was quiet, clean and right on the beach. Very nice for an early walk and get the sunrise. Would come back.

You can't beat this location!

The view of this oceanside condo is just stunning! Nothing beats looking out your windows and seeing the ocean! The unit was clean and well decorated. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher, etc. Unit came with beach chairs, boogey boards, and cooler for the beach. We had a great stay and enjoyed every minute!
