This spacious 3-bedroom unit comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, 2 1/2 baths, separate living and dining areas, and plenty of space for your family to relax and feel at home. Nestled along the picturesque South Carolina coastline, tucked away in an upscale neighborhood, lies Horizons at 77th resort—a tranquil getaway offering stunning ocean views just steps from the shore. This spacious three-bedroom unit comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with 2 1/2 bathrooms, separate living and dining areas, and plenty of space for your family to relax and feel at home. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy breathtaking ocean views, sunrises and sunsets. Horizon at 77th features an outdoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub on our elevated ocean view water recreation plaza. Located on the same floor, you will find an indoor pool and hot tub.

• This is a non smoking building. Including balconies
• Free onsite parking. Due to limited space in the parking garage, there is a limit of 2 vehicles per reservation • No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises (Parking garage has 6’10” clearance)
• 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
• The outdoor pool and lazy river are heated during the cooler months and the indoor pool is heated year-round.

great spot

loved the view, closeness to the beach, and groceries/food surrounding the area. not to busy on the beach but had everything close by that we needed for a weekend away with out kids. house was clean and organized. recommend!!

Room For Improvement

Overall, we won't be staying here again. Upon arrival, we walked into several piles of dirty sheets (in every bedroom), a full trash can, and broken air conditioning, presumably from the previous guests who'd stayed 1 MONTH earlier. Not a great way to start the evening after a 10 hour drive in the car with a toddler. The management company sent cleaners (we had to wait on the patio for them to finish at 9PM) just so that we could actually sleep in the beds that night because there were no clean linens stored onsite, but the air conditioning would have to be addressed in the morning. (Keep in mind, this is an 8th floor condo and it's 90 degrees outside). While both issues ended up getting resolved, (both vendors they sent were friendly and awesome), it still robbed our family of an entire day of vacation, which was short to begin with. The location of the condo is great, but the parking garage is very tight for anyone in an SUV or larger. Overall, there's major room for improvement with this one....

Best place at the beach

I had an excellent experience here. The building was great, plenty of parking and check-in was a breeze. The unit was very comfortable and clean and well appointed. I cannot say enough about the location! I grew up in Myrtle and this location has to be the best on the beach. It is quiet and clean with great access to the beach. It was also super easy to get around to everywhere. Whether in North Myrtle or Broadway at the Beach, the unit was perfectly placed in the middle of everything! Book with confidence! I will definitely stay here again!!!

Great view but disappointing stay

The good: Great view, large condoThe bad: condo hadnt been occupied and smelled like sewer until 2nd day.Found a roach have the pictureHorrible internetLack of any smart options for tv or internet stability to support.The worst part, cold or barely warm showers the entire stays. We left early due to these issues.
