Evergreen Escape is your dream couples retreat nestled in the heart of Red River Gorge, KY. Located just minutes from the best hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and local dining spots, this newly built cabin offers stunning views and all the luxury amenities you crave. Whether you`re soaking in the private hot tub, unwinding in the dry sauna, or taking a refreshing dip in the cold plunge, Evergreen Escape has it all!

THE SPACE
Non-smoking, cozy, and thoughtfully designed!
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need, including oven/range, microwave, regular coffee maker, and essential cooking tools to make meal prep simple.
Living: Relax in comfort with cozy seating, WiFi, and a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.
Bedroom: The spacious bedroom features a queen bed and Smart TV. Rest and recharge in ultimate comfort!
Bathroom: A full bathroom with a walk-in shower, soft towels, and spa-like touches.
Outdoor: Private hot tub with incredible views, gas grill for cooking out, firepit for cozy nights, dry sauna for ultimate relaxation, and a cold plunge to refresh after a day of exploring!
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

This was a cute spot in a very nice location. As an A Frame, it had some A Frame quirks - if you’re ready for it or easy going, zero issues. Nice deck, view and hot tub. Did not use the cold plunge (it was snowing while we were there!). Very comfortable couch and big TV. Electric fireplace was nice and needed - it was cold during our stay and we needed some extra warmth! Very nice appliances in the kitchen. Make sure you bring ice, there is no ice maker or trays. We also brought extra trash bags, paper towels, Kleenex and TP. Not a pantry or a place to really unpack groceries, but we cook more than most on vacation, so probably not a big deal for most. The bathroom is also nice with a double sink and stack W/D behind the door, except that’s also where the only mirror resides. Tough on the hair and make up process :-). The bed was maybe the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on away from home. However, there are only 4 small drawers for unpacking and no closet anywhere in the house. There are no blinds anywhere in the house - so be mindful of sleep patterns and where you change. Very dog friendly for our small dogs. Overall was a great stay, just understand some of the details to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Everything was what was described. Enjoyed sitting in hot tub watching the night sky. Actually saw a beautiful shooting star.

No privacy via the windows. Also construction 30 feet from our cabin. Also the picture on the description is wrong you are NOT secluded at all.

This was such a great place to stay. The space was warm and inviting and I loved the color scheme. This has to be the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. I loved the sauna, cold plunge and hot tub. We stayed over July 4th and lucky for us someone nearby was shooting off amazing fireworks down the hill which we could see from the balcony. My only complaint was there are no curtains on the windows so anyone can see inside as they drive by. Later in the day the sun is melting through the big A-Frame windows which made watching tv fromThe couch a little unpleasant. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Will definitely love to stay here again!

Great sunset view

Had a great stay, great condition and amenities. Had to drive a bit to get to most of our hikes but had a quiet, private retreat when we were relaxing. Would stay here again

Beautifully secluded

Overall a wonderful stay. Had a bit of a hiccup with accessing the entrance, but the host was able to assist us in a timely manner. Lady bugs are bad this time of year and understand they are everywhere, but overall very clean and exceeded our expectations.

Perfect little getaway!

Everything was great at this new cabin. Had a slight issue with the power going out, but it wasn’t anyone’s fault and was not a hinderance to the enjoyment. The communication was incredible, even when I messaged them at 12:30 am about being locked out of the bathroom.

Perfect Getaway

This is perfect getaway cabin for a couple! The view off of the back patio is spectacular. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.
