Welcome to Whittled Walnut! We are 100% pet and smoke free and located in Campton Ky. only 10 minutes from the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park, this completely secluded log cabin is ideal for nature enthusiasts, hikers, rock climbers, off-road adventurers and those just looking for the perfect family or romantic getaway.

Located on 120 acres of private property this is cabin is country living at its best with a luxury feel and very easy 2 wheel drive parking! This newly- constructed cabin comfortably sleeps 4. Guests will appreciate the 360 degrees of total privacy surrounding the cabin. Not another house in site. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets/kayaking and fishing at Campton Lake only 2 minutes from cabin. Enjoy catch and release fishing in our 1 acre pond.

Relax in our new 6 person hot tub in the privacy of the back porch surrounded by nature at its finest.
other outdoor amenities include: firepit (1 rack of FREE firewood), double hammock, bistro and patio sets on the deck, park style charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), and spacious parking.

This cabin is constructed of solid wood throughout for the true cabin experience. Open concept living area. Living area includes a 65” flatscreen TV (WIFI) and electric fireplace. Kitchen is fully functional with all new appliances. Master bedroom with KING and 2nd bedroom with a queen. Bathroom includes open, walk-in shower.

This cabin is luxurious. Our trip was very relaxing -- the hot tub was clean and warm; sitting by the campfire being surrounded by trees giving total privacy made it a perfect location for our family get away. Cabin was very clean and our host answered any questions we had; very helpful. We will be back for sure!

This may have been the cleanest rental I have checked into. The host was extremely hospitable and communicative. It is close enough to the small town to get anything needed quickly but the property seemed isolated and private. Close to red river gorge as well for any hiking and those amenities.

Everything was perfect. Hosts were excellent with outstanding communication. New cabin that was very clean and well stocked for our stay. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, hammock and hot tub plus the extra privacy the cabins location provided. We plan to be back very soon as this a perfect cabin for a couples getaway.

Absolutely PERFECT stay! We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The check-in process was completely seamless and incredibly easy. The host was exceptionally accommodating, and communication was outstanding throughout our stay. The detailed instructions for getting to the cabin, including the exact coordinates, were so helpful and made finding the property completely stress-free.The cabin was absolutely immaculate- spotless, beautiful, and even more stunning in person than it appeared in the listing! We had absolutely no issues whatsoever, and everything was truly perfect. The hot tub was amazing, exceptionally clean, and very well-maintained.This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The host went above and beyond, and we honestly could not recommend this cabin more highly. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area. If you are considering booking this cabin, do it—you will not be disappointed!

Can't say enough good things about Whittled Walnut. Completely surrounded by trees for total privacy. Cabin was spotless upon arrival and accessing the cabin via the provided key code was a breeze. A huge wrap around deck with new large hot tub was awesome! Kitchen had all the pots, pans, etc. that you could need. Bath towels were super soft and plentiful! Communication with Jonathan the host was easy and all needed info was provided prior to arrival. Can't wait to return!
