Great apartment

Great apartment close to train station (5 minute walk), shopping, restaurants, etc. Walk to Old Nice, and other places, or take the bus or tram. Great communication with host and loved the more laid-back residential area. Building super quiet and there were great views from both inside the apartment and the patio. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment with secure parking

Romain is an excellent host. He replies very quickly to any communication and helpful with any problems. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Parking is secure and with the station a couple of minutes away with cheap and a regular service along the coast, there is no need to use the car. The port is an easy 10 minute walk away, the seafront another 5 minutes and the old town not much further. The balcony at the apartment provides lovely outside space. I would recommend staying here.

A Charming Apartment

The apartment itself is very nice and clearly someone's home so I was glad that this wasn't just a property used as an apartment rental. Despite the language barrier Romain was able to show me around and give me clear instructions on where things were and how to check out. Only thing we didn't know beforehand is where to throw away the trash. Ask Romain what to do with the trash.

Gorgeous panoramic window view of Nice from dining room.

Property manager very prompt with his replies. He was always easy to contact either by phone or texting and very approachable. His accommodations were very spacious. Apartment well equipped with all amenities including elevator, air conditioning, balcony, dishwasher (although we always did our dishes by hand) and washing machine. Apartment does not have a clothes dryer, but it does have an outdoor clothesline. Would recommend any potential renter to bring a small line with them in case you have to hang clothing indoors due to inclement weather. All in all we couldn’t have wanted a more perfect home to stay in such as this … a perfect home away from home. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

Eine wunderschöne Zeit in Nizza

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Romains schönem Apartment verbracht. Das Apartment ist einfach ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Nizza. Das Apartment ist geräumig und es steht alles zur Verfügung was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Romain ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, weil Busse und Bahnen schnell zu erreichen sind. Wir geben gerne 5 Sterne für diese wirklich tolle Unterkunft.

Merveilleux

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, bien situé, belle vue, commerces (boulangeries, épicerie, resto) à proximité. Le vieux Nice et promenade des Anglais à 7-10 minutes de marche. Communication facile et rapide avec Romain. Rien de négatif à dire; nous y retournerions n’importe quand!

Très bien situé et très calme. Les volumes sont très confortables et l'appartement est très lumineux et ensoleillé ! Nous sommes enchanté de nos 14jours de marche ! Je recommande et je reviendrais !
