Perfect for a summer vacation or ski holiday, this spacious three-storey home has close to everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Sun Peaks Resort.
The ground level includes a convenient garage and the entryway, leading up to the main living areas on the second floor.
Here, you'll find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar with seating for four, as well as a dining table for six.
Step outside from the kitchen to your private hot tub and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountain air.
The bright and airy living room features large windows, a sliding door to your private balcony, an electric fireplace, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a huge L-shaped couch, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure. This property has up to 3 parking spaces available. There is room for up to 2 vehicles in the garage (suitable for cars or small SUVs), and room for 1 vehicle outside of the garage.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
