The Space:
Ideal for families or groups, this house is perfectly situated to experience all that Queenstown has to offer. Just a quick 5-minute drive to the CBD and under 10 minutes to the airport, it offers unrivalled convenience for exploring the wonders of Queenstown in every season.

The Evolution Series house features energy-efficient amenities, including under-floor heating, a gas fire, six heat pumps, and a solar-powered water heater. Every detail in the four-bedroom residence, with one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs, is crafted to minimize energy consumption and promote environmental responsibility.

This stunning retreat boasts modern, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully equipped modern kitchen ensures convenience for preparing meals. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there's ample space for up to eight guests to enjoy their stay. Stay connected with unlimited wireless internet and enjoy entertainment options with SKY TV, DVD player, and surround sound. Cozy up by the gas fireplace during colder evenings. Additional conveniences include a washing machine and dryer, perfect for longer stays, and a BBQ area for outdoor dining.
A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay. Ski storage and a drying room cater to winter sports enthusiasts, while a double garage provides secure parking and storage space.

Bedroom 4- King Size Bed That Can Be Split Into 2 Singles
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival how you'd like the beds. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Year.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property.
