Panoramic View offers the ultimate relaxation and comfort with spacious open-plan living giving you that, ''home away from home'' feeling. This home boasts breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables with un-interrupted views from every window!
The open-plan living area with SKY TV (with SKY Sport) opens out to a private elevated deck where you can sit back and enjoy the stunning Queenstown views. There is a fully-equipped kitchen should you wish to dine in, as well as a BBQ for Summer dining. With heat-pumps throughout you will be kept nice and warm during the Winter season.
Panoramic View comes with three spacious bedrooms all with lake views, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. There is also a portable cot available upon request if you are travelling with a young one.

If you are travelling with a car there is a double garage available plus extra parking on the driveway. Panoramic View is conveniently located just a short 10min drive from central Queenstown and a 10min drive from Queenstown Airport.

Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
NO SMOKING POLICY -室内外禁止吸烟 -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
