Oceanfront Paradise 7th Floor: Tiki Bar! Towels! Beds Made! A REAL Vacation!

ALL LINENS INCLUDED. The unit includes two large bedrooms: Ocean front master suite with king-sized bed and bayside with queen-sized bed and bunkbeds. Each with its own bathroom. We are a seven-day, Saturday to Saturday rental property during the summer, designed for SIX (6) people or two couples who desire privacy. HOWEVER, TWO (2) additional guests are possible with a negotiable per night charge for additional guests. In June and September we can adjust some weeks to shorter stays. FIGURE OUT THE CODE to get last minute discount: TEX TOO FOR OH SICKS STEPHEN ATE, TO OH-OH SICKS.

The master bedroom includes a king bed with memory foam topper and floor to ceiling windows looking directly at the beach and ocean. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony. The second bedroom faces the bay and includes one queen bed with memory foam topper and a single bunk bed stack.

The unit includes three flat screen TVs with streaming, Wi-fi, keyless entry (password at check-in) a small washer/dryer, a full kitchen (renovated 2021), a separate dining area, and plenty of board games, videos, DVDs, and books. The large family room faces the ocean and includes floor to ceiling windows with access to the balcony... a perfect place to enjoy your afternoon cocktails before heading out for the evening. The L-shaped couch (2020) in the living room converts to a queen size sofa bed. Large family pool and toddler pool on oceanfront deck. A recently renovated 22nd floor (2021) includes large meeting rooms, exercise room with diverse selection of equipment, locker rooms, saunas, game room and pool.

We take a lot of pride in our home and hope you will treat it as such. It's NOT a hotel. It is a home October to May. Please keep up with the sand and remove as much as possible from bodies and bathing suites before entering. A good practice is jumping in the pool before returning to condo. A practice of "common courtesy cleaning" during your stay helps ensure the next renter has a pleasant place ready on time.

Non-smoking. No pets allowed. There is a $75.00 Registration Fee charged by the complex at check-in. This is typical for all properties in Ocean City. Vrbo collects the Maryland sales tax of 6%, Worcester room tax of 5%, and OC Property tax (as fee). Owner has NO control over service fees, taxes and cleaning rate. However, there are NO additional fees other than the $75.00 parking/registration charged at check-in.

Family friendly beach vacation was a success!

We had a wonderful vacation at Golden Sands! Our first trip to OC in over a decade and had never stayed off the boardwalk prior to this trip. We loved the location! Condo was perfect for our group of 6 and never felt cramped. Contained everything you needed for a home away from home. Jonathan is a great host!

Beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and comfortable. The oceanfront view was spectacular! We liked the deck area, with a tiki bar, ice cream stand, small store, and game room. There was live music on two of our nights there. Jonathan was easily available and answered our questions readily! Wonderful Ocean City vacation!

Perfect Last Minute Getaway!

We booked this vacation at the last minute and the owner worked so hard to make it happen. The condo is spacious and clean and has an amazing view of the ocean. We had two teenage boys with us and I loved the fact that their room and full bathroom was on the other side of the kitchen wall, which gave us all great privacy. There is also so much to do for kids, teens and adults. The staff and security personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating, and helped to ensure and great stay! I would definitely go back again.

Great condo!

We had a great vacation in OC! The condo was very clean and well kept. These were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Jonathan was very easy to get in touch with and was very accommodating. We went in with no questions due to the thorough amount of information that was provided to us. Great vacation spot

We loved this condo! Our favorite part was the king size bed with the ocean view. The cleaning staff was great and our host had lots of helpful tips for our stay. The building had so many things to do and the building was well maintained and the staff was great. We would love to stay here again!

Great getaway

Loved our stay at Golden Sands. The condo was very well equipped and comfortable. Jonathan gave us all of the info we needed to have a great stay. Check in went smoothly. Parking was opened up on the day we arrived so we could park anywhere. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Very Well Maintained, Great Property

This is a very well maintained unit, with a lot of recent upgrades and extremely clean overall appearance. Kitchen had a lot of updates, flooring was in good condition, and overall this unit is very desirable. The owner is a fantastic communicator, and even though we've rented in OC many times before I felt better prepared as a result of his outreach. Highly recommend this unit!

Trying to relive my childhood...

Jonathan has a beautiful property, and could not be friendlier or more helpful. Clean, beautiful condo with beach supplies, linens, games, etc. We had a blast and my wife and kids loved it there. I was trying to relive some childhood memories of staying in OCMD and once staying at the Golden Sands. It's even better than I remember.

Ocean City Paradise

Our family have previously stayed at other condos within OC and this one takes the CAKE! Everything we needed was easily accessible and provided. Not having the bring linen and make beds ( as we’ve had to do in the past) is so very helpful and appreciated. The views from the balcony- ahhhhhmazing. There’s always something for the kids to do within the condo property which is nice when you just want a night ‘in’. My boys very much enjoyed “family night” with the DJ (who is AWESOME by the way) and the face painting. Having a bar/store/deli on condo property is worth every penny! Thank you Jonathan for sharing your beautiful space with my family. My kids said they never want to stay at that “other” condo again. 🤣We will be back!!! We can’t wait! :)

Clean, comfortable with Beautiful views. Owner communicated well throughout our stay. Loved the patio furniture. Only negative would be the hot water. Short showers for hot water, but adequate. Overall, had a great time!

Great family vacation memories made here.

Everything is just as described and the pictures just don’t do the Condo justice. It’s gorgeously comfortable. Everyone raved about the comfort of the beds. Perfect location. We had live music every night on the main deck outside. So many great extras.

My Dad loved the ocean. Growing up in Chestertown, MD he spent summers working in Ocean City and dreaming of having a place on the beach one day. When his father passed away, he used proceeds from the sale of his Dad's house as a down-payment for his ocean front paradise. When my Dad passed away after a three-month battle with pancreatic cancer, he was worried his dream would die with him due to the hospice expenses and living his final days totally dependent on others. As his oldest son, I am trying to keep his dream a reality for his 10 grandchildren. I am hoping to do this by managing the condo where my Dad can share his "favorite place in the world" with others.

My Dad wanted a place that would allow him to see the ocean at all times, but that was also high enough to protect his privacy. His target was condominium between floors five and eight. He also wanted a place that his children and grandchildren would want to visit at all times, so an indoor pool open during the winter time was a must. And he loved going to the movies, so having the movie theater within walking distance was a bonus of which he often took advantage. That and Denny's. We all LOVE Denny's. My brother, sister and I joined him on many visits to multiple properties in other high rises, but nothing was as perfect to us. The Golden Sands truly is the best complex Ocean City.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Being able to park the car and spend a week in a location where you have everything you need within walking distance is the best thing about staying in our home. Sitting on the beach, reading, sleeping, and listening to waves is my perfect vacation. The Happy Hour specials are kind of nice too! My wife and daughters, on the other hand, need a little more stimulus and luckily, a quick bus ride will take you to amusement parks, miniature golf, shopping, the boardwalk and other places of interest.
