Lovely cabin

Great cabin. Great time. The only thing missing was a grill. We will definitely book this cabin again.

The rooms were comfortable. There were nice added bonuses coffee & tea pods provided by the host along with shampoo & soap in the bathrooms & laundry detergent & dish soap. Great location in the trees with lots of wildlife right outside the windows.

Amazing place to stay

This place exceeded my expectations It's well maintained and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. My only suggestion would be to invest in a grill for those of us who enjoy grilling.

Great place. Clean and roomy. The balcony wraps around 3 sides of the home so is great for hanging motorcycle gear over night and sitting around for a cocktail. Good folks to work with too.

House was nice. Bedroom on main floor window was being closed when it fell off tracks and hit my sister in law on head leaving her with a knot the rest of evening and following morning.

We want our guests to feel safe and comfortable throughout their stay, so we take concerns like this seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We're truly sorry to hear about the incident with the window and hope your sister-in-law is doing well.- The windows in that room are on the smaller side, but we've scheduled an inspection to make sure everything is functioning properly.- We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address it for future guests. Thanks again for your feedback and for helping us improve the guest experience.

Comfortable Cloudcroft Getaway for Three Couples

We spent the weekend getting ready for and stressing about the Miss New Mexico Pageant in Alamogordo. The Cloudcroft house provided a cool escape from the 100° temperatures in Alamogordo. (We didn’t even need to turn on the central air conditioning) There are terrific mountain drives and hikes nearby. The Cloudcroft house has every essential. It has a lovely front porch to view local wildlife. For the indoor-folks, the house has plenty of board games and smart TVs. The premises have been very well cared for— and every surface is very clean.
