Our accommodation is spacious, peaceful and relaxing. Fully equipped and ready for your casual weekend or holiday away. Hear the birds in the morning while you take a cool dip in the heated pool - Resident Tui, dove, quail and pheasants roaming free. Go night spotting with the rabbits in the yard or sit under the stars in the spa after sunset!

Nearby amenities include parks, activities including Waimarino, rivers, and malls. House equipped with board games, and toys to entertain on a cool day.
The space
5 bedrooms with 2 living areas, dining room and plenty of space for the whole family and some more! An outdoor oasis with pool, spa and plenty of room for the whole family to run around.
Nearby parks, shopping mall, walks and a river - plenty to entertain you in the summer months. Board games, children's toys a large, comfy couch and a warm fireplace to keep you toasty over the winter!
Guest access
You'll have access to the whole house including the front section and pool area.

Additional rules
House Rules…
• We live in a quiet and respectful street. We would expect you maintain this by keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm.
• Children should not be in the fenced pool area unsupervised and should always be supervised by an adult while swimming. Further the pool fencing (gates) should not be pinned back.
• As we have dogs who live here, we request there are no animals on the property even as visitors without prior approval. Further if our dogs are on the property while you are renting it we request you do not allow them to exit the section and you do not let them out of their kennel if they are locked away.
• The garage, garden shed and the unit behind the garage are rented separately at times. We expect you would not enter this area of the property.
• The wardrobe in the master bedroom and cupboard in the office are locked and should not be accessed during the stay.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to allow fireworks on our property, some of our neighbors have horses and other animals which become spooked and sudden loud noises.
• Please ensure you secure the property when you come and go including the small black gate at the front of the property.
• No parties or people on the property who were not included in the booking.
