The home is clean and comfortable. It is in a location that made it easy to do all the things we needed to. Lovely view of the lake.

The location for this VRBO was perfect for our stay in Moncton. Walking distance to downtown and right across from a peaceful little lake. Our hostess was prompt when responding to messages and found ways to make our stay more comfortable (including replacing the air conditioner). Overall, an excellent and convenient place to stay with my family.

HiThe home was very bright and well laid-out for the 3 generations that stayed there. Nice view overlooking the lake, a front deck to sit on, soooooo close to downtown Moncton, walking trail around the lake, a nice neighbourhood around it to jog through. Happy to have booked it. We didn't use the basement area but it had a full basement that could be a hang out for kids. Grocery shopping close by.

Perfect location, very comfortable

Fantastic property with lots of natural light, all the amenities, and a shower that - as tall people - didn't make us contort ourselves. Would highly recommend.

The property was nice, cleanliness was ok, but could be improved.There neighbourhood seemed to be a little odd and we did not want to walk outside after dusk although there is a park with a waterfront close by.

Christmas away from home

Spent 6 nights with my adult family while in town to surprise my Mother for Christmas. Asked the host if they had a roasting pan large enough for a 20lb turkey and they made sure to have one waiting for me when I arrived. Communication with host was always responded to quickly and positively. My family all commented on how wonderful the property was and how much better of a decision it was to rent this property vs just getting hotel rooms. Very lovely location, looking out onto Jones lake, must be even more spectacular during the summer. Would definitely stay here again.
