Perfect Villa with Ideal Location and Great Host
Hi,
My family and I (my wife is from Nice) travelled from our home in Tahiti to the south of France to spend time with family for 15 days. It was important to us to be close to our family in Cros de Cagnes, but since this was a last minute trip I also needed a dedicated office space and high-speed internet for meetings.
My initial communication with Myriam was great and she was equally responsive during our entire stay.
Myriam and her husband greeted us at the Villa when we arrived approx. at 10pm. They are a lovely family and showed us the home and walked us through the home so we would be familiar with all necessary item (TV, Internet connection, rooms, bathrooms, light switches for inside and outside, etc...)
The Villa was very clean and spacious and exceeded our expectations as it had a great outdoor space and the inside was equally spacious for my family (have a 4 yr old son and 2 yr old daughter).
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home including enjoying an espresso with a croissant outside in the AM or preparing a nice dinner from the items bought at the market (old Nice is beautiful for market shopping). The living room has comfy sofa's and Myriam's husband even came one night when we couldn't get the TV to connect to the wifi (once again, incredibly responsive).
The large dining table was ideal for indoor dinners, however, with the ample and beautifully appointed outdoor table we spent the majority of time eating there.
The beds and bedrooms were spacious and appointed with great comfy beds and bedding. The closest space was ideal for our items and the 2 upstairs bathrooms worked perfect (along with the downstairs bathroom).
The home was beautifully decorated and there was ample room for our rented SUV in the gated property.
Since there is no washer and dryer, Myriam and her family operate dry cleaners and when we needed our items to be laundry, we left them at her parking area (where she has one of her stores) and they delivered them with 24-48hours. We gave them our items approx 3 times and had no issues with getting them back (folded and arranged). Even though she walked into the Villa while I was working upstairs and left our items on the kitchen floor, it wasn't a big deal as the next time her husband left them outside.
It was the perfect home with the perfect host who will would like to use again when we come back.
Thank you Myriam for making this important trip even more special for us.
