Luxurious contemporary villa with heated pool, 15 minutes from the beaches
Ideally located in a quiet residential area, our spacious villa of 200 m2 can accommodate 8 people. It has a nice garden of 1500 m2 fully fenced with a large heated pool and a bowling green.
Our summer kitchen with gas grill will allow you to enjoy your meal.
Main level: spacious living room with lounge / dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioner. WC.
Lower level: 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds and its own shower and toilet. A laundry room with washer and dryer.
Level up: 1 air-conditioned suite with balcony and bathroom and toilet separated. January 2 air-conditioned double room with its own shower and toilet.
Outside: 1 south facing terrace with electric awning for dinners + 1 terrace covered with kitchen and gas grill for lunch.
Leisure: swimming pool 5x10 m with its beach and deckchairs. Boules. Hammock. Ping pong table. Basketball hoop. dartboard.
Location: 5 minutes drive from the center of Vence.
20 minutes from Nice International Airport. 15 minutes from beaches.
