Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Balcony access may be temporarily limited when work is being performed on your unit’s section, although most balconies remain usable. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The pool is open from 4 PM to 10 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.
