The living area features a plush sofa and a large television, providing the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your favorite movies or shows after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, whether you plan to dine in or pack a meal to enjoy by the water. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen island.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds, offering comfortable accommodations for families or small groups. For added convenience, community washers and dryers are located on every floor of the building.

Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy spectacular Gulf sunsets, or spend the day relaxing by the pool while taking in views of the water. Take a leisurely walk along the beautiful white sandy beach and create lasting memories during your stay at this lovely coastal retreat.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and local attractions and sits directly along the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop aboard the trolley and travel easily between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach in approximately 30 minutes, enjoying the many activities the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the comfort and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself relaxing on a wide sandy beach with gentle waves rolling onto the shore. Picture a quiet afternoon by the pool with a good book in hand, or a romantic evening stroll along the shoreline as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay.

Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool will be closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction activities conclude, and it remains open all day on weekends.
