Welcome to this stylish and cozy pet- and family-friendly retreat. Just 20 minutes drive or 30 minute trail bike ride to downtown Victoria! Enjoy nearby beaches, waterfalls, golf course, restaurants, and more. The suite has a private entrance, parking stall out side the front door and most importantly a hotel queen size mattress for a restful sleep. The spacious bathroom has heated floors, the living room has a modern double pullout coach for those who bring a few friends along.

We are located in the community of Colwood. Our home is across the street from walking paths that lead to coffee shops, grocery stores and one of the many beaches in Greater Victoria. If bringing along the family pet, they will enjoy the on or off lease stroll, doggie bags provided!

We are located in the community of Colwood and easy to find. When you arrive you can drive right up to the suite door which is well lit and doesn't require climbing stairs to access. Just carry or roll your language in and relax.

Victoria is both a summer and winter vacation destination. Its been called the human healing island and hard to leave once you've experience the calmness of the ocean, the slower pace of those that live here and the many outdoor activities. This is one place you will never forget and yearn to come back to!

Clean, easy to find, parking available, comfortable bed and equally comfortable sofa bed. Large bathroom with fantastic shower. Would I say here again- absolutely, the host was delightful and helpful.

The hosts were very friendly. The place was clean, modern and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The sectional sofa was brand new and easy to convert to a bed. Streaming services on the TV. Kitchen was modern, clean and had appliances like a dishwasher and coffee maker. Good location. In suite laundry was helpful too. Bedroom is nice and dark for sleeping. Bathroom is huge, the photos don’t do it justice. We were very happy with our stay.

I unfortunately didn’t have the chance to make it to this beautiful place. I wish I did. The communication with Jane the owner was amazing. She was very nice and helped me with all I needed. I hope to make it next summer to see it. Thank you Jane for all you did for me!

This is a quiet, cozy little place that was close to beaches and a little town to get food and groceries. There are trails across the street, to walk yourself (and dog), to get out in nature. Just walking the main street we saw deer, quail, bunnies, and lizards which was very enjoyable! The unit is new and modern with a large bathroom and deep tub. It has all the amenities, even for the pup! They even have a k-cup coffee maker with coffee. The bed is nice and comfy. Our host was responsive and friendly. Check-in and out was easy. Everything was clean and in very good condition.I feel this space is more suited for a couple sharing a bed or a single person. Although there is a couch that converts to a bed, as a mature adult (chunky 53 yr old), it not very comfortable. It would likely not be an issue for a child or teen. I found they had a foam pad for the couch/bed, in the closet of the bedroom, which drastically improved the comfort, but it was hard for me to comfortably sleep. Hot Tips:Sharing the couch to watch TV became very comfortable after putting the foam pad on, and extending the foot of the couch, making it into a double-wide chase. There's a really great bakery called Royal Bay Bakery,not far from here, that makes fresh sandwiches, patries and coffee.

We stayed at the suite for 3 nights as our daughter had an exam in Victoria. We were looking for somewhere calm and comfortable where she could prepare and get good rest beforehand. Somewhere we could relax a bit. We had such a lovely stay from the moment Jane greeted us at the top of the drive. The suite was beautiful and absolutely immaculate. Our 19 year old was enamoured with the beautiful bathroom...oh the rugs!!! Thank you again Jane for having such a great place for our family to stay! Hope to see you again and take you up on that walk!
