Great stay! We were in town for a concert at BC Place and the location was great! The host was super responsive if we had any questions! Definitely recommend this place!

Susan was communicative and helpful during our stay. The apartment was clean and set up well. The only downsides were that the elevator was out of order (out of the host’s control), making check-in a little tricky, and the shower could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Overall, it is a great place to stay if you’re attending Roger’s Arena or BC place!

The condo was perfectly sized for two people. Very comfortable with all the amenities and CLEAN! The instructions for accessing the key was very detailed and clear. Well-located to walk or use the light rail. One piece of advice: if the windows are open, you can hear the trains. You might want to pack earplugs.

A few items need attention in the unit. The toilet paper holder was very loose, ready to fall off. The window handle did fall off when we opened the bedroom window. The coffee table in the living room was also very wobbly.Location was very convenient to sky train and the QE theatre, Rogers arena and BC Place. Host communication was good.

The property was very comfortable and had plenty of amenities. We were able to cook meals and relax in the living room. It was a very nice place to come to at the end of a busy day in downtown Vancouver.

This property was very clean and nicely maintained. The laundry and kitchen amenities were super helpful. The host was really polite and reachable. The pool and private Annex gardens were clean and very nice to hang out in. A great downtown base to enjoy our honeymoon in Vancouver! Will book again.

The unit itself was as described. Convenient to downtown amenities. Check in process, with a vehicle, was rather tedious but as described in the directions. Upon arrival the elevator was out of service (and had been prior to our arrival) and this was not communicated to us. There were instructions posted on the elevator, suggesting entering adjoining buildings but there was no way to access those buildings without a fob (which we needed to get from the unit.) We messaged the host but got no reply for four hours. Fortunately we found another couple in the same predicament who had located a security guard in another building and he walked us to the unit to get the key and fob. Throughout the stay getting to the apartment took considerable time, entering through the lobby, through the garages, then up to the third floor in an adjoining building (where we could access a common area and re-enter our building), and then walk up the stairs to our floor. Fortunately we weren’t on the 20th floor.Had the issue with the elevator been communicated ahead of time, with some work around plan in place, our ratings would have been higher.

Perfect location

This properties location was perfect for a night out and a Canucks game. Gorgeous windows and space. Very clean and well equipped, but some furnishings and linens need to be upgraded. Check in was a bit confusing picking up the key across the street before parking, as we’ve never used the key valet previously.

Hockey fan

Was very clean. The area was great, especially for events at Rogers Arena. The host was very helpful.Parking was confusing. My team won so all was fabulous!

Perfection

This place is in the right location, walking distance to food, transportation (sky train), pubs, and entertainment. Communication was fast, check in and use of the building, easy, peasy.Bathroom had a bathable tub, kitchen had what you needed if you wanted to cook, window AC, lots of room for 2 people. The couch was less then desirable, however, we weren't there to lounge. Didn't find anything regarding Wifi,that was the least of our worries. We were there to sleep, and have breakfast. We were too busy taking in the city.

Great location! Walking distance to Gastown, very close to BC Place and Rogers Arena. Lots of food and pubs nearby.Price was great compared to other options, although World Cup may have influenced that.Host was great with communication, answered questions right away. Will definitely see if it's available next time we go to Vancouver.
