This stylish, bright two-bedroom condo sits in the heart of downtown Vancouver, a short walk from Rogers Arena and BC Place and right by the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain. It is an easy, comfortable base whether you are in town for a game, a concert, a show, or a relaxed weekend exploring the city.

Inside, you will find a bright, open living space with a smart TV and a comfortable pull-out sofa, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a proper meal, and two queen bedrooms for a restful night. With the living-room sofa bed, the condo sleeps up to six, so it works well for families and groups of friends. There are two full bathrooms, including one with a deep freestanding soaking tub, plus in-suite laundry for longer stays.

Free secure underground parking is included, a real bonus downtown, and the SkyTrain at your doorstep makes the rest of the city simple to reach. You are moments from Chinatown, close to Science World and the False Creek seawall, and within an easy walk of the restaurants, cafes, and shops of Yaletown and Gastown.

Check-in was less than favorable, it was difficult at best. The crackheads out front by the entry did not make for a secure feeling. The balcony view was nice.One bathroom, the shower curtain kept falling, the other bathroom has a crawl in tub that you need a ladder for.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. While the location was great, the condition of the unit and a number of maintenance issues were disappointing.When we opened the pullout couch, we found a Stiizy vape left behind by previous guests, which was especially concerning from a cleanliness and safety standpoint. The mattress sheet on the pullout couch was visibly stained and dirty, and the towels smelled sour, as if they hadn't been properly washed. The floor vent in the second bedroom was broken, creating a tripping hazard. The master bathroom also had several issues. The shower head kept dropping because it appeared to be held up with an elastic rubber band instead of being properly repaired, which felt unsafe. The toilet paper holder was loose and slanted, causing the roll to constantly fall off.Finally, check-in and gaining access to the building was much more difficult than it should have been, making for a frustrating start to our stay.Overall, the property has potential, but it needs better cleaning, routine maintenance, and a smoother check-in process before I could recommend it.

Excellent communication, clear instructions, and excellent location. Some of the things mentioned in other reviews were true like very few glasses and noise. Not a big deal as we had water bottles and the noise was just normal city noise. Would definitely stay here again

Four of us stayed here for a weekend girls trip for my birthday. Great location. Close to grocery store, restaurants and Rogers Arena. The host was very responsive with any issues. For the light sleepers, it is next to the Skytrain and the bedrooms do look out onto it, so you will occasionally hear it. Overall great stay. Would stay here again.

this property has two rooms/2beds. We had ONE wine glass, TWO mismatched water glasses. Microwave did not work. Terrace rug was nasty. One light was out in the kitchen. (maybe just a bulb) Although a decent place, these things should have been fixed during a normal cleaning process.

We were disappointed with the beds. The metal frame bed squeaked and both beds were uncomfortable. The finishes in the suite were incomplete. The common area space was smaller than it looked in the pictures. We did not use the parking or laundry, but both were compelling amenities that helped us decide on renting this space. Wonderful location though with easy access to transit.
