Town Center is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Zion, and 10 minutes from downtown St. George, plenty of shopping, and mountain biking and hiking trails! We came to attend our father’s funeral and this place was a perfect spot to house my siblings and our adult children. There was plenty of space. It was close to our childhood home in Washington. And it was great relaxing in the pool and hot tub after several long days of preparation and visiting with family and friends paying their respects. Thank you for making everything simple and easy to check in and out and for the cleanliness ample amenities.

Love that all king bedrooms have own bathroom

This is a great feature of the property. All king bedrooms have their own bathroom and shower. Also hot tub was great!

Family Christmas vacation

Had a great family trip for Christmas with our kids and grandkids. The place was great and plenty of room for our 9 adults and 5 kids. The private hot tub was great along with the community pool and hot tub which was also heated in December. Only issues we had were the water faucet all the sudden lost pressure in the kitchen the first day which caused very slow water for dishes etc. Management was great and sent someone out really fast but was unfortunately able to fix it during our stay, and only one remote control for the 2 tv's downstairs. There was also not as many dishes as was stated in the cupboards but still was plenty. Beds were super comfortable! We would definitely stay there again.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Great condo for a quick weekend trip to St George. Very clean, plenty of space for everyone!! We had extended family stay in other condos very close by and enjoyed every minute!!

Perfect location, Spacious Townhome, Clean and Inviting

we ventured a quick trip to hike in Zion National Park. This townhouse was a perfect place to stay. Plenty of room, fully stocked, clean and an added bonus was the hot tub off the balcony. We spent time together at the pool and playing pickle ball which is one of our favorite games. I highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.

We loved our weekend here! The rental was clean, smelled good, had comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the kids loved the bunk beds! The furniture and the decor was all so cute, and the couch was so comfortable we all talked about wanting to take it with us! Would definitely stay here again and again!

Nice open floor plan

Nice newer condo. We liked having king beds for 3 couples. The pool area was conveniently located and clean. The unit was well decorated and roomy. The rental company was quick to reply to any needs we had and very attentive. We were hoping for a late checkout but couldn’t get a response on a Saturday, however. We had a great stay.

Great house for a large group!

We rented this town home and the one next to it and it worked well for our group of family and friends. This rental has more attached (en suite) bathrooms than reflected (4) in the description. I believe it actually has 5 full baths and 1 half bath (also not listed). Loved having two rentals next to each other!

Golf trip

Overall great property, good location close to golf courses (golf trip). Beds/Baths were clean, and the layout worked great for our group. Hot Tub was clean and well kept. There was a furnace/a-c unit (probably roof mounted) adjacent to one room that kept cycling on through the night, and it was loud and disrupted sleep that's my only complaint of this place. Otherwise things were fantastic.
