Comfortable Home in the Comox Valley

Welcome to the Pridy Guest Suite! Located on Pridy Road in Comox, this quiet neighbourhood is close to nature and amenities. It is a quick 3 minute drive to the Comox Airport (YQQ) and a 5 minute drive to the Comox (Little River) Ferry terminal. It is also only a few-minutes-drive from the Kye Bay beach and Seal Bay Regional Nature Park. Experience the Comox Valley’s multiple golf courses, wineries, and breweries, and the suite is only 15 minutes away from the base of Mount Washington.

This cozy anx spacious 1000+ sq. ft. suite has two large bedrooms, a living/dining room, and a full kitchen. The large spacious living room has a dining nook with board games and complementary Roku TV. Free high-speed internet is provided. The kitchen comes completely stocked with everything needed to create wonderful meals, including cookware, a slow cooker, utensils, dishwasher, basic seasonings and oils, and more. The kitchen is accompanied with a barista station with french press, keurig, coffee, and tea. The suite includes one bathroom with a stall shower stocked with toiletries and towels. The two bedrooms have queen beds and ample storage space for luggage.

Guests have a private driveway, entrance, and yard space. There is also street parking for multiple vehicles if needed. The suite is pet friendly for house-trained dogs or cats. The suite is self-check-in with two keys provided.

A clothes washer and dryer are available on request for stays longer than 3 nights with a one-time $20 fee. Bookings longer than a week are subject to a $20/wk laundry fee. Laundry is shared with the hosts, so laundry dates are arranged on a custom basis for your needs.

Since we seldom enter the suite besides to help guests, we have a wireless thermostat in the main room to monitor the house between guests or over the winter for freezing. We also have leak sensors near plumbing to alert us of any spills.

Our home has external security cameras, but only one camera is under the deck by the suite.

Definitely your home away from home. I brought my own spices as I was making a recipe, but they had everything already there.Truly your home away from homeWould definitely stay again. Great location as we were back and forth between Comox and Courtney.Very close to the airport (6 minutes)

Spacious and clean space with lots of extras and thoughtful touches. Kitchen is quite big and has everything you would need. Extra towels, pillows etc. in well labelled drawers.

What a great property. The hosts thought of everything. They had snacks and drinks available even an assortment of cook books. A few out door games and many indoor games. Lots of space and it was bright and airy.The beds were comfy and the main space was cozy and accommodating for this family of 4.

What a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and cozy space with lots of special touches like a Lego set to put together, chocolates, cozy linens and towels and beautiful house plants! Very communicative hosts!

Great little place to stay. Neat and tidy, great decorations and thoughtful additions to the space. Perfect for my little family to travel. Having 2 rooms with queen size beds was very helpful and the extra pillows and blankets were very appreciated. Owen was always quick to respond too. Would happily stay here again if I need to be in the area overnight!

Great location and value

Cute & quiet space, perfectly located for accessing anything in the area. We really enjoyed our time here & would return when we're back in town. Everything was nicely organized and labeled so we could find everything we needed.

Cam for a skiing trip as about 35 mins from the top of mount washington. Was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was great. Very clean, lots of information and notes about our space. Very pet friendly with treats and bags and a towel to clean paws. Lots of beautiful plants and very bright! This is the second time we’ve stayed here and really enjoyed it.

We love the semirural area and the access to golf courses, shops, trails, and Mt Washington's ski resort. We're surrounded by huge trees, we hear eagles most days, and can sometimes see whales off the beaches a few minutes away.
