Tranquil with no road noise, surrounded with Douglas Fir and Maple trees on an almost one acre lot.The Gartley beach is just a minute's walk away, with easy access to sandy shores and stunning coastal views. Mount Washington ski resort is 40 minutes away.World class mountain biking trails in Cumberland on our doorstep.Treat yourself at the King Fisher resort and Spa less than a kilometre away with a top class restaurant and spa facilities.The 2BR apartment was professionally decorated in a minimalistic fashion, also with a beautiful fully a equipped kitchen. High Speed internet with Netflix and Cable on a smart TV. Guest parking as well as secure storage for ski's or mountain bikes.

Very nice property, clean and cozy. High end furnishings and appliances. Great location. Easy check and check out, and fantastic host! The property is ocean front but the cabin is at the back of the property, although it is a very short walk to the shore.

Great spot for a homebase for skiing

We enjoyed the spot; super convenient spot for getting to/from Mount Washington. The place was lovely, lots of room, and we great for our family of four.

Beautiful quiet stay

Lovely new build cabin on an immaculate property. Walk to the beach was less than 5 mins and in a very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended- and will definitely stay again! Great hosts

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful summer rental! The home is set in park-like surroundings with lush landscaping that makes it feel private and serene. Just steps from the door is a gorgeous beach along with hiking and biking trails. Inside, it’s modern and professionally decorated, with high-end appliances and finishes throughout. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we never ran short of hot water — a big plus for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for unwinding. Our hosts were truly gracious and welcoming, absolutely the best! We loved it so much, we’ve already booked for next year! Highly recommend!

Excellent location

Pieter has created a beautiful space with first class finishes. Private and with all the amenities you need. I hope future travelers can appreciate and respect the space so we can continue to enjoy it! Short walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to Courtney.

Awesome Stay!

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful cottage. My wife and I and our small dog thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The cottage is well appointed and had everything we needed for our three nights. Pieter was very easy to communicate with and I would strongly recommend this cottage. We will definitely be back!

Family Nature Escape

Excellent accommodations for family of four. Short walk to small sandy beach is ideal. Very clean, well equipped and modern carriage home. Lovely surrounding gardens on property. Quiet and private. Pieter was thoughtful and communicative throughout. We were impressed!!

Lovely accommodations

The property and accommodations are extremely lovely and very well taken care of. Clearly owned by someone who has pride in their home. Being so close to the ocean is wonderful and peaceful - the description is a titch deceiving in that it indicates "oceanfront apartment" - there is absolutely no view of the water. The main house on the property is oceanfront, not the apartment. I read the ad carefully in advance so didn't expect waterfront, but had a small amount of hope because of the descriptor :) Having said that - still beautiful and a wonderful visit!

Our neighbourhood is semi rural away from the highway and so close to the King Fisher Spa where we frequent at their top class restaurant. Also walking distance to the more casual Roystowne pub for burgers or pizza.
