Other Things to Note:

▸ Check-in Time: From 3 PM to 5 PM daily (excluding public holidays).

▸ Check-in Location: Our office is located in the Circle on Cavill Retail Area, 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.

▸ After-Hours Key Collection: For arrivals after 5:00 PM, a secure lockbox is available in the Circle on Cavill retail area for key pick-up.

▸ Security Deposit: A $500 AUD pre-authorisation is required via Visa or Mastercard (cash is not accepted). The cardholder name must match the booking. This deposit is released up to 7 days after departure, provided there are no damages or extra charges.

▸ Check-in Requirements: All guests are required to complete our secure Online Check-in Form before arrival. This form, including ID verification and security deposit payment, will be sent 3 days prior to your stay.

▸ Private Operator: Your booking is with WOW Stay, a private operator. On-site reception assistance will not be available.

▸ Please Note: While all apartments meet advertised standards, specific unit features such as decor, furniture, and layout may vary as each is individually furnished. Photos are for reference only.

▸ Housekeeping services are not included during your stay. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional cost, pending availability with our outsourced housekeeping agency.
