Classified 4*, this 16th century building has 140 m2 spread over 3 levels and has all the necessary comfort for a successful stay: a living room, a dining area, an equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and one with its own bathroom as well as two bathrooms.

The house:
Located in a neighborhood where it is good to live, this housing consists of the following:

Ground floor:
- A beautiful dining room with a large reception table with 8 seats.
- A very cozy living room with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a table with 2 seats, a TV, a sink and a decorative fireplace.
- A kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee Senseo pods...

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a trundle bed (2 beds 90 cm x 190 cm) with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a basin.
- A bathroom with shower, sink, storage and toilet.
- Separate toilet.

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: large and attic with exposed beams where you will find two spaces with on one side a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and below, accessible by 3 steps, a trundle bed (2 beds 90 cm x 190 cm) a children’s desk and a coffee table, a TV.
- A bathroom with shower, sink, storage and toilet.

- Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located at 17.3 km (22 minutes by car)

Neighbourhood:
The house is located in the heart of the historic center of Dinan, a few meters from the St-Sauveur Basilica and its charming square, as well as the English garden offering from the top of the ramparts a unique view of the Rance and the port of Dinan!
A few meters: art galleries, restaurants, terraces, shops, public transport and other amenities. Everything is accessible on foot!
