Less than 10 minutes drive to Whangamata, where you will find abundance of cafe's, restaurants and shops - and of course, the famous Whangamata Beach.

The air-conditioning/heat-pump unit, plus wood-fire offers comfort year-round, no matter the weather outside.


There is no TV - however, there is Wifi. The property does not have a dishwasher.

**Parking:** 2 x off street parking spaces.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.

The caravan in photos is not included as part of the rental
