Come and relax in this little jewel of a cottage/quintessential kiwi bach by the beach on the Kāpiti Coast. Cute, petite and welcoming - comprising two bedrooms, kitchen, living area, bathroom with shower and separate laundry. Please note no dedicated dining area. Private outdoor area with deck chairs, bean bags and BBQ. A hop,skip and a jump to the beach. Within walking distance to local bars and eateries. The perfect place for a quiet retreat or relaxing getaway.

A Queen bed in master bedroom and a double and single in the second bedroom.

Private outdoor area with outdoor furniture. Relax in the outdoor bath. Some guidelines for using the bath:
Please do not put pressure on the floor based tap. Please let the water cool before emptying the bath as the water drains onto the lawn. The hot water is heated by gas, so please conserve this and be aware. Please let us know if gas is getting low - the tanks are outside by the laundry door. Thank you.

Guests have access to the entire property, with onsite parking. Access is by lockbox. We will share the code on the day of your arrival.

There is a large heater available for use and also a fan heater. Please message us if you need help working them. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.
