As you step inside the home you are greeted by a spacious foyer leading to the first lounge area where you can either enjoy a game of pool or watch your favorite show on the 55" smart TV from the 3 seater couch. Arched entryways guide you to the expansive open living area, boasting a large fully equipped kitchen with slate appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining area.

The heart of the home unfolds into a bountiful family room, featuring a U-shaped sectional facing a 75" smart TV, and sliding glass doors that open up to the inviting lanai and screened pool/spa area perfect for year-round relaxation and entertainment. Revel in the luxury of a heated, resurfaced pool/spa, or sit at the table and chairs under the covered lanai where you can enjoy the shade or even watch something on the 65" smart TV . There is also a pool safety fence in place for families with children.

All four bedrooms, along with the laundry room leading to the two-car garage, are conveniently located on the right hand side of the home, offering ease of access and ample space for your family's needs. The large master suite features a king size bed, 55" smart TV, walk-in closet, fireplace, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, a separate shower and a garden tub.

Bedroom two features a queen size bed, bedroom three features a full size bed, and bedroom four is a kid themed twin room with one bunk bed and one twin bed. All 3 bedrooms boast 50" flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Opposite the twin room is the family bathroom with bath/shower

Conveniently situated just south of US-192 off US-27, Legacy Park offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, with Walt Disney World a mere 15 minutes away and Universal Orlando just a 25-minute drive.

PLEASE NOTE:
Pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Min 3 nights $152 plus tax 4 night $188 plus tax 5+days $45/per day plus tax.

This home is Pet Friendly, You will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional Non Refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first two pets and $50 plus tax for each additional approved pets. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract.

Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.
