気になった点 : チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Very disappointing, not 5 star, more like 3 star. We felt the advertising was misleading. The 3 single beds and queen bed advertised were actually bunks. We were 10 people and there were not enough resources for 10 people for dining and for cooking the kitchen.The top oven was not working and blew out smoke. We notified the host and wanted a refund which was not given unless they could rebook again immediately. 70 was paid for the inconvenience. The instructions for appliances in the folder were a barcode which was deleted. While 2 toilets were advertised, one was in an ensuite which meant a lot of time it was not accessible and the other was in a bathroom. Would have been great to be able to recycle rather than put the recyclables in a rubbish tin.
