- USEFUL INFORMATION

• PARKING
Parking is free.

There is parking for 6 vehicles on the driveway.
There are parking spaces in front of the house. Please obey the signs

Please make sure cars are also not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk.
Cars that violate this will be towed at the guest's expense.

Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Sonoma Resort.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $75 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 All Stay

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

What an amazing vacation home

My granddaughter‘s Cheer group had competitions. There in Orlando Florida a few weeks back we rented this amazing 15 bedroom 16 bath vacation home. The host was so accommodating such a great help answered all of our questions and so many more. We definitely will stay here again each bedroom had it’s on private bath which was amazing having 16 little girls in the house. The kitchen was amazing as well we will definitely rent this one agaiin

Beautiful property! Group of 20 stayed in the house and we still had plenty of room to spread out. Themed rooms were a hit, even with the adults! Property management and cleaning team were very responsive and thorough. Only complaint was the trash pick-up. When we checked in, trash from the previous stay was not picked up until the afternoon of the next day so it was smelly and attracted flies. Overall, our stay was great and we look forward to staying again!

My family and I stayed at this rental for 4 nights in June. Was very excited to find a new build that accommodated our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the pool and basketball court were a big hit. The place is decorated beautifully! Being a new build, there were a few issues (oven and one of the dishwashers did not work, and the kitchen was not equipped with some needed items for a large group. Aside from a the inconvenience, we had an awesome stay and the host was gracious enough to issue a credit for the oven/dishwasher not working

The house is actually nicer than the pictures which is hard to comprehend because the images almost make it look AI. The place is well thought out and decorated which made it comfortable for all12 of us. We would definitely stay here or under the same Management umbrella again for our next vacation. It's almost impossible to say anything negative, but here are 3 small avenues of improvement: 1) The televisions over the pool table seemed to have been broken and did not work for us 2) having larger(or more) pots and pans since the house is built to accommodate large parties would have been nice and 3)having to pay extra for a heated pool, but the space, communication with owners, furniture, light fixtures, themed rooms, all of the choices and embellishments throughout the property made it one of the best rentals we've had on vacation. The top tier appliances made our stay very easy and facilitated our meals and cleaning. The basketball court, outdoor lounge area, and even having access to the clubhouse during our visit made this a stay that we would recommend over and over. Thanks again.

Overall, the property was nicely thought out. The only real problem was maintenance. We had come across many little issues that some were taken cared of and others weren't. Some of the beverage fridges werent cooling, maintenance came in and said they were fine but obviously they werent. The ice maker wasn't functioning,maintenance couldnt figure it out and brought 2 bags of ice for 39 people, didnt suffice. I was constantly going out to purchase ice daily. A/C in the upstairs bedrooms were not making it to all the rooms. The Wifi kept freezing. Kitchen sink had a leak, P trap was loose and too short, wasnt addressed as my quick fix to prevent more leak and damage seemed to be ok for them. Most of all, the bbq grill for this size house was just mizerable to use. It was a cheap gas grill that was very wobbly and just not what you would expect from a house this size and cost. I understand this is a rental home but for the price they charge, i dont think these issues should be prevalent.

Picture Perfect

The pictures were exactly the same as in person. The place was blow away.Everything was absolutely wonderful as a far as design. One design i would improve is lifting the big glass chandelier up higher over he main table. It is huge and sits low. A few recommendations are child proof locks for the doors are needed to make more kid friendly. Small toddlers can walk out of the front door by pulling on the handle.The house is. Equipped with Smart appliances, but there are no manuals on how to operate them.We had to figure out how they pperate which wasted a lot of time. Having the operating manuals could have saved time. The cooktop kept giing off and saying error.Not blaming the vacation owners, but HOA of the resort need to do better with the maintenance of the property grounds. When we arrived at the house. There were an overload of trash falling out of the bins. Trash all over the grounds of the property which was never picked up. They removed the big bags of garbage,but noone ever picked up the garbage on the grounds. Neither of the dishwashers functioned properly.Management was excellent as far as communication. The gas tank for the grill was empty and they had a replacement before night.Overall it was a good stay and i would recommend persons to stay at the beautiful place.
