A little Gem off Chapel and Greville.

We have easy access to the suburb's bustling bars, trendy cafes, weekend marketplaces and some of the city’s best restaurants and transportation. It offers open plan living with a sliding door that opens out to a compact balcony with seating. Enjoy secure parking for one car—a rarity in this area—plus, you’ll be close to Prahran Market, Albert Park Lake, St. Kilda Botanical Gardens, and the Alfred Hospital.
Enjoy a comfortable apartment with added convenience of a private balcony. A comfortable lounge beckons for cosy nights at home in front of the TV, while a separate kitchen caters to meals at home. A dining table allows you to gather for dinner, game nights, or set your laptop up to work remotely. It's my home away from home so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Great apartment in a super area - only a few minutes walk to the train station & then just a short ride to Melbourne central. Prahran also home to some great little bars, coffee shops & boutique stores. The apartment itself is clean, well furnished & is perfect for a short or long stay.

Great location in a secure apartment complex off Chapel Street. Great transport links into the city. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by.Host Niki was great, provided us with all we needed and a helpful hand drawn map on the fridge door. Nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Check in was straightforward and additional info regarding access to parking was clear. The apartment was cosy and it is in a great location close to transport and retail. Niki was super responsive to all of my messages and is also thoughtful - she has drawn a map on the fridge of local places to try and there were even some discount vouchers stuck on the fridge. We went to two places she recommended and they were great.

Prahran perfection

Great little apartment in a super handy location. Good choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, train line close by and secure parking. Highly recommended.

This was a fantastic place to spend a couple of days in. Easy access to transport taking you anywhere in Melbourne. Host was accessible and a joy to deal with.

Travelling back and forth from the USA to Melbourne every year I would bee-line it straight to Chapel street for a coffee and walk around to really cement I had arrived in Australia. I have always loved this area and it’s constantly changing which makes it so exciting.
