Location! Situated within the Heritage development that forms part of the Bayview group of apartments this oversized one-bedroom apartment is only a short stroll to Bay Street and Port Melbourne beach. Comprising: secure entry, large bedroom, sparkling bathroom, well-appointed kitchen, open plan living and dining. Originally a glove factory in the 1800's the Heritage building has retained the original bluestone facade.

Port Melbourne is located just 3km from the City of Melbourne and is a short tram ride from the centre. The apartment is only one block from the beautiful beach front for an evening or morning stroll. Bay Street boasts a fabulous offering of restaurants, gastro pubs and cafes.

Stayed at property for a week as I was completing a course on Bay St. Great location, walked along water front every morning. Apartment was lovely, clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The best stay ever

My friend and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay.The location was perfect…restaurants,cafes,pubs,the beach so close,the city so close.The apartment was clean and well appointed .The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and had added small touches to make our stay delightful.

Very comfortable New Year escape

Andrew was a delight to deal with, and the property was very convenient for the New Year Celebration we were attending. We appreciated the many thoughtful gestures that came with the place and would happily stay here again the next time we are in the area!

What a great little apartment! Such a great location, walking distance to beach and shops/ restaurants. Spotless and so well appointed with everything i needed. I found it really comfortable and cosy. Host was super helpful Thanks Andrew

Perfect stay

This apartment was perfect for our stay. The location was walking distance to our needs, so close to the beach which was beautiful to walk along and so close to restaurants. Andrew greeted us at check in and gave us lots of info for amenities near by along with a welcome note with more details, it made our stay so easy. The apartment itself was comfy and clean with a few little goodies left for us to enjoy. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to those looking! Thanks for having us Andrew

Great stay. Pictures do not do this apartment justice. Lovely, quality soft furnishings and kitchenware. Very well equipped kitchen. Great location to Bay St and beach and easy walk to tram stop 15 mins and you’re in the City. Great communications with host prior to arrival and on day of check-in/on leaving. Suited our needs perfectly - loved it
