Shamrock 73 - 2br/2ba - Pet Friendly - Fully Renovated!
Shamrock is an amazing little development with their own slope access just off the back of the community (weather permitting). The community has a pavilion, tennis/pickleball courts, grill, firepit and playground for kids! Very close to the village and western territory as well. Free shuttle service will pick you up near the entrance as well to take you where you need to go.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has recently gone through a complete renovation completed fall of 2024 (updated pictures coming soon). Upstairs you'll find a king bedroom with an adjoining bath. Bathroom is complete with a custom tile shower and custom concrete vanity.
Downstairs you'll find the kitchen completely renovated in 2024 with an adjoining living room. The pull out sleeper sofa is a custom West Elm sofa with a gel memory foam mattress. The living room has hanging bike storage for the summer time and a pot belly wood burning fireplace for the winter (free firewood provided in the dumpster shed near the entrance to the complex.
The second bedroom is located just off the kitchen with an adjoining custom bathroom, vaulted ceilings, accent lighting and an electric fireplace. This room is very cozy and our favorite!
