良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
With few exceptions everything was good. Metal steps down to place were difficult for our pet and some for us due to age (70 & 67) and hip issues for our dog. The location also had no real area for the dog to walk without carrying her up the steps and down as ground level was the only place to walk her or let her go. Would have booked a ground level facility if I was aware of this. Unit was clean but welcome coffee pack was missing, the fire torch was empty with no matches either, some items in the unit were in need of maintenance (glass shield on fireplace frame missing and glass loose, old wishbone hanging on kitchen light fixture, floor boards with gaps, facet in the bathroom loose and a few outside steps loose). I point these out 1.so we are not blamed 2. So that they can be cared for before more serious issues occur to property or guests. Due to the navigation issue up and down we cut the stay short by 1 day which, again, we would have booked something else had we been aware of the navigation issues. Lastly, mostly all things were closed as, per restaurant owner, they were into the “off” season? Not sure that I will use Vrbo to book further stays.
