Very nice and clean. The beds were a little too firm for our liking but everything else was perfect !!

The pictures were somewhat misleading in the cabin we rented. There was a ramp to the front door making us believe it was somewhat handicap accessible. The unit itself was fine but getting to the unit from the parking lot was a steep downhill battle. The beds were extremely uncomfortable - hard as a rock. The stand up shower had mildew / mold all around the edges and the base in the shower was filthy. No dresser or nightstand in one bedroom and the other only had one nightstand - thus making it difficult to put clothes away or store your personal belongings. We only slept and showered in the cabin so it was okay for what we needed. Will definitely use the management team again - just not this cabin as it wasn't a fit for us.

Check in was at 4pm, housekeeping arrived to clean the bungalow at that time. We finally were able to enter at just before 5pm. The floor in the hallway has bad floor joists which made the floor cave when walking to the rooms. There’s no are map to see location of amenities nor live person on site to talk to either. Showering in both bathrooms was hard as the lighting is only located by the sink which made the shower area dark. You have to sign in to your own accounts in order to watch tv. No pool towels so you have to use your shower towel and they only give you enough for everyone to have 1.
