Conveniently located 1 kilometre from the golden sands of Madora Bay Beach. Spend a day at the beach or enjoy a Sunset walk after a day exploring the local area or just relaxing. It’s also a great spot for the keen fishermen. We can provide fishing gear on request. And if you would like to try a bit of crabbing on the Estuary, we can provide crab nets and scoops too. It’s only a 10 minute drive to Central Mandurah and the Estuary. A 300 metre walk away and you will find large local shopping precinct with Supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Public transport is available at the door and will take you to the Lakelands train station which is less than 3 kilometres away and allows easy access to Perth city and beyond.
With a focus on families there are toys and activities for the kids and the house is opposite a super size sporting oval across the road, plenty of room for the kids to throw a frisbee or kick a ball. There is also a portable cot with linen and a high chair provided for infants. Manicured parks and play grounds are an only a few minutes walk away. For the Mums and Dads there is a cosy outdoor area with a full gas BBQ and a high bar table with matching bar stools. We even supply a large esky to keep your drinks cold. The home offers a large Smart T.V with an added bonus of a sound bar for your music and there is WiFi to tie it all together, while you sit on the comfy leather chaise lounge suite. The bedrooms offer sliding mirrored robes and drawers for storage and the master bedroom offers a large walk in robe and a well appointed ensuite with a separate toilet. The main bathroom has a deep bath and a separate glass screened shower. Fresh linen and towels are provided for all our guests stay. You’ll be delighted with the well appointed kitchen that offers a 4 burner gas hot plate, overhead range hood and an under bench built in oven. The massive pantry has lots of condiments to make it easy to cook up a storm and tea and coffee is provided. There is a built in microwave and dishwasher as well as an air fryer and all the cooking utensils you need to cook up a storm. The large French fridge offers a roomy freezer and plenty of shelving for your cold food items. The spacious dining area boasts a 6 setting dining suite and there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen for snacks. The open space living area also has a large reverse cycle air conditioning system and all bedrooms are serviced with R/C air conditioning as well, for your comfort all year round. The laundry has a large sliding door linen cupboard, a laundry tub and a combination washer and dryer and there’s a wall hung clothes line outside. There is direct entry from the double garage to the house and your cars are secure with a remote control garage door. There should s also extra parking bays opposite the house. The house has fully insulated ceilings and external walls, as well as double glazed windows to the front to ensure a quiet living environment. All this is set in beautifully manicured gardens.
