This is Only a 3 bedroom! Open floor plan overlooking Lost Key golf course and the inter coastal waterway. Condo has a private beach club with pool and another private pool beside condo with hot tub and gas grills. Workout room and another geothermal pool. Yes three separate pools and private beach club are yours for enjoyment 😎 1 king bed, 2 queen beds in this 1750 square foot condo. The Blue Angel’s are often seen practicing miles away and occasionally fly by the condo. Bicycle trails and running trails are all over the gated community. Enjoy the photos it shows more of this beautiful building.

Short last minute trip

Location worked well for us. Enjoyed breakfast on patio every morning. Beds comfortable. Host was very nice.

Peacefully Perfect

Our group (ages 2-70+) had a wonderful time staying in this condo. Check in/out was simple and we found the property to be consistent with description. Elevators are quick and no stairs in condo. Pool at condo building was a plus to avoid larger crowds and location near workout facility was convenient. We would stay here again!

Overall nice facility

We saw roaches throughout the stay. There was roach spray already in the unit. Bathrooms were clean other than long hairs on the floor and bathtub. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with pots pans ,etc. Must take a shuttle to the beach or drive to the nearby public beach. Nice beach. If it was not for the roaches it would have been a great stay.

Comforts of home at the beach

We stayed at the property with my older parents and my young son...it was perfect for everyone! My parents enjoyed the slower pace of the gated community, the peaceful views, easy parking and slower traffic at that end of the beach. My son enjoyed the pools and beach club. We liked that once you check in, it is easy to come and go through the gates with the provided badges. There are lots of touches that make everything easy - carts to easily get luggage and groceries up the elevator, laundry, full kitchen for cooking meals at home. I also appreciated the comfortable and plentiful seating and awesome screened in deck with amazing views. Beds were comfortable - will definitely stay again!

Retreat and Rest

Everything was Clean and the master bed was really comfortable. The Publix grocery store wAs convenient. We chose to get a week pass to the Gulf National Park for beach access, so did not take advantage of beach club. I think the only thing we needed that wasn’t there was a pizza cutter. The patio was very nice - ceiling fan, view of golf course and waterway, plus it was screened in. TVs were huge. We ate at Oyster house, jellyfish, and islander. We also drove to the Fish House in Pensacola. Everything was delicious.

Beach shuttle and parking

The only complaint I got is at the beach shuttle because, I was not aware I couldn’t carry a small cooler in the shuttle. The driver didn’t let me bored and had to walk from the beach to the condo. Anyone that is renting the condo, make sure you don’t take beach chairs or coolers as they are not allowed in the shuttle. Also parking is very, very limited. Other than that, condo is beautiful and clean.

Nice condo but otherwise inconvenient

Condo is nice with pretty views. Host is informative and nice. Only one key card to get into Lost Key Resort worked and NO key card worked for entry/exit for any pool!!! A lawn worker laughed and said, “those cards don’t work well.” We were told there is limited parking at Beach Club; whereas there is no guest parking only STAFF parking. Lost Key guests use the public parking which is not right to do so we went to Johnson Beach. No access code available for WiFi. Two shuttle busses for a HUGE COMMUNITY; therefore tremendously long wait. I’ve wanted to stay here for a while so I can check that off and not do it again.

Desecent

Everything was okay but added pictures from others places(rooms) as if THAT'S what you getting but DON'T..the space had enough room in general, only THREE ROOM NOT FOUR with only ONE ROOM access to the balcony.. Detail WASN'T good.. Had to ask other people and communicating with the host bad idea was rude when ask about more detail (HOME) Told me to stop bothering them But you're my host..supplies was limited for family for five days..no indoor pool or beach front a good long walk there if shuttle isnt working...

Nice week in Florida

3 bedrooms, no 4th bedroom, it’s a pull out couch. Would only sleep 9 if one person slept on a couch. There is WiFi we could connect to, but it did not allow us to use it. The kitchen has just enough to cook with, but no extras; Toaster and blender are nice. The screened in porch is amazing with a very sturdy table and chairs for 7 or more. The mattresses were fabulous! There needs to be a blind or curtain added to the bedroom’s sliding door(because I had read other reviews) we brought a sheet to hang there. There is not much decorations, so not much to break. There is a heating bulb in one bathroom and an amazing surprise bulb in the master shower. It’s cool! Make sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, beach towels, and hangers. They ask you to start the dish washer and laundry before you leave, but no laundry detergent is provided. This is not a beach front condo, the club house is beach front. From the condo, it’s a one mile walk or more to the beach. This quiet corner condo has excellent views of the golf course and lake. The geese are too funny! The airplanes get pretty close too!

Just as described!

The property was great and as described. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, dishes etc. Our party of 6 adults and 3 kids were very comfortable! The owner was very responsive as well.

Very nice place & great communication with owner

It was a very nice location with lots of amenities on site. Never being to Perdido Key, I wasn't sure of the location from the unit to the beach. I thought it would be within walking distance. However, you could take the shuttle right from the unit to the beach clubhouse, which was very nice.

Great place!

The condo was great. The size was perfect for my family of five. It was nice to be close to the beach, but not directly on the beach. The resort was quiet and safe. We loved the pools and private beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo with beautiful golf course view

We loved our stay in this spacious, clean and well appointed condo. The huge screened in porch was a perfect place to relax with coffee or cocktails. We enjoyed the fitness center and pools on property. Shuttle service to beach is a PLUS! Big kitchen with everything you need to make meals. Beds were cozy and bathrooms were clean and modern. Thomas was a gracious and helpful host. We had an issue (from previous renters) and Thomas responded right away and stopped by to correct the situation. It was nice to meet the actual host. Completely satisfied with our experience.

Owner was threatening and rude

We texted with a quick question about scanning in to the pool gates and the owner insisted on coming in person to help us, screamed at us over the phone, tried to get us to get in his car and yelled at us when we wouldn’t (as a group of 20 year old girls), and then sent multiple mean and harassing text messages for the next hour until we blocked him. We felt very unsafe staying there after this interaction on the first day of our stay.

Awesome experience

Loved the porch, we spent almost every nice night out there hanging out. Very spacious and the pictures don’t do the place justice. Great sized kitchen with appliances and everything you need to make a meal. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice unit; linens disappointing

You know when you rent a condo alll the good can be overshadowed by the few negatives. The location was amazing and views awesome! My suggestion is to invest in master bedroom sheets that do not have bleach stains, and towels that don’t look 30 years old. Literally $200 at tj max for bathroom towels and you’re there! Bleach the mold in master shower grout. Just a few things and you’ll get much better reviews. This feedback Is for owners use only. Do not make public.

Family vacation

The condo was very clean when we arrive!. The check-in process was simple but left us a little confused at first. We were uncertain which lock case contained our key. The distance from the condo to the beach wasn’t far but wasn’t within walking distance if you have children and have to tote toys, etc. However, the small pool at the complex was handy and very nice. We do love the location of Lost Key. The master bedroom should probably get a new mattress, because it sinks horribly. And two of the bedrooms have little to no window covering. We adjusted and made it but be aware if you want to have a darker room for sleeping children.

Amazing

Definitely add this place to your vacation list. The pictures are as described , but even better. The condo was in immaculate shape and very clean. You do have to drive to the beach but it takes 5 min or less. The private beach, golf course, and pools located around the area were a nice assets to the property. The owner replies in a very timely manner and is quick to answer any questions. Wait till you check out the master bedroom shower.Definitely will be renting again!

Great condo, easygoing owner

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautiful. The view is excellent. The owner is very easy-going and easy to work with. The beach club is very clean, and the food there is excellent. The pools are well-kept and clean. I would say that the pools are smaller than the photos would lead you to believe. But, given how much time we spent on the beach, this is a minor point. I would stay here again should we come back to Perdido Key.

Amazing

We had an amazing time the condo was perfect!! We had everything we needed everything was very clean, the grounds and facilities were top notch and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here.
