Nice place to stay

Very clean- right on the beach. Centrally located to all of our favorites in St Augustine and Palm Coast.

Clean with a beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at Crescent Beach. This condo was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome view!

Condo and property were very clean! The washer/ dryer in the unit was so convenient and helpful. The beach is amazing! No crowds; in fact, we nearly had the beach to ourselves. All around wonderful experience!

Great Oceanfront Condo!

We had a fantastic getaway at one of our favorite beaches. We woke up watching the sunrise over the ocean and spent the day at the beach and pool. VERY short walk to the ocean and the house was exactly as described. 2 bedrooms upstairs provided a nice time to relax and watch TV while the kids slept. We look forward to renting from this Coquina Condo again!

Adorable condo

This is the perfect rental for a small family. Condo grounds are immaculate. Beautiful view from the deck. The pool is perfect for a beach break and was very clean. The condo was clean and comfortably furnished. The beds were comfortable and our teen and her friend had plenty of bunk room. It’s a compact condo but still plenty of room. Kitchen was well Stocked with nice utensils.

Nice Property

Everything was good but unit has a weird a/c system. The upstairs 2nd BR was cold but the rest of the rooms were warm especially downstairs. Had to use the fans to be comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to adjust any of the vents. Also I think someone forgot to mop the floors. Still a nice property.

We are glad you were able to find the Welcome Packet email we sent you and make the trip. We certainly wish you would have called us with any concerns as we would have been happy to explain how to adjust the vents. We do have a cleaning guarantee that we 100% stand by. This property was in tip top condition the morning you checked in as we had professional pictures retaken the same day of your arrival. I can assure the floors were certainly vacuumed and mopped. In the future if there are any concerns at all we highly encourage you to contact us with the direct phone numbers we provide you with. This would allow us to address any concerns.

Perfect week

Condo exactly as pics show. Kitchen well stocked. Beds slept great. Location to beach and pool extremely close to condo. Very quiet and family oriented complex. Can't wait to return. Beautiful place.

Change of plans but awesome vacation!

I had to change our vacation to this area from Gulf Shores last minute and this condo did not disappoint. We had a blast!
