The Space:
The Boatshed apartment offers a unique multi-level living experience. The ground floor features a convenient kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, bench-top oven, single induction cooktop, and kitchen sink, along with essential cutlery and crockery. Moving to the second floor, you'll find a comfortable lounge area complete with a Smart TV and a Queen bed. The bed can be separated from the lounge area with a pull-down privacy screen, offering flexibility and space. The third floor boasts a second Queen bed in the A-frame loft area. Please note that due to the A-frame design, this bedroom has reduced headroom on one side. A sliding wooden screen shutter provides privacy and separates the mezzanine upper level from the second floor.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Please note that the driveway and parking area are shared with the main house.

The Neighborhood:
Lake Okareka is a lovely quiet lakeside neighbourhood. It's just a short drive from town and just 5min to The Redwoods Forest

Getting Around:
The property is 10min drive into the city, we recommend having your own vehicle when staying here.
