A dreamlike coastal region with bizarre rock formations and small bathing bays, as well as miles of sandy beaches. Here you'll find not only the best climate in Europe, but also excellent vacation conditions.
Located right in the heart of the Algarve, in Armacao de Pera, is this magnificent, lovingly furnished apartment on the 14th floor,
with stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic, the coast, and the beautiful, expansive 8km-long sandy beach.
The very well-maintained apartment building is right on the beach, which is just a few steps away.
Free parking is available on the street.
The building has two elevators. The beautiful promenade and the town with its many restaurants, cafes, bars, and excellent shopping opportunities are just a few minutes' walk away.
The apartment is newly renovated and extremely fully equipped; nothing is missing.
The living room with terrace is very spacious and has a dining area. Even from the dining table you have a stunning view of the Atlantic, as do the bedrooms and the kitchen balcony.
The Algarve offers many leisure and sports opportunities: e.g., various water parks for the whole family, deep-sea fishing, hiking, safaris in the Monchique Mountains, various golf courses, cave tours, jet skiing, surfing, casinos, various wellness and fitness options, and excursions to the west coast (the southwestern tip of Europe).
Many towns invite you to stroll and shop. Wine lovers can enjoy wine tastings of fine Portuguese wines and much more, or simply laze on the beach.

Super tolle einzigartige Wohnung. Einzigartiger Blick aufs Meer. Super freundliche Vermieterin. Die Wohnung entspricht einem 5 Sterne Luxus Hotel mit bester Innenausstattung. Super Bett mit genialer Matratze , Super Küche mit gigantischer Ausstattung. Urlaub der Extraklasse. Hört sich vielleicht übertrieben an , wenn man allerdings einmal da gewesen ist , weiß man von was wir hier so schwärmen,. Wir waren als Paar für 5 Tage Armaco de Pera und geben wirklich sehr gern diese Bewertung ab

Lovely Easter break

Lovely apartment, photos accurate, truly amazing ocean views, super sunny balcony, spotlessly clean. Convenient location right at one end of the beach/tourist area – literally 2 minutes to beach - mini-mart and bars/restaurants just around the corner, Lidl 8 minute walk. Landlady very friendly and helpful – even brought over a huge bag of delicious home-grown oranges! Very well equipped with cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, towels etc. Just note 'heating' means a couple of plug-in oil-filled radiators, which were not quite enough for a large room in a relatively cold spell [15C], and electricity is charged extra. There's no oven, only a hob, but there is a dishwasher instead. Building felt very safe and secure, not much noise, area fine to walk around, quite close to various tourist outings eg boat trips to caves, parking wouldn't be an issue if you wanted to hire a car.

Schöne, helle Ferienwohnung im 14. Stock mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Ort selbst ist etwas überlaufen. Wer es mag, kann die ganze Zeit Party machen.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt hier. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer beim Frühstück ist ein Traum. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 14. Stock! I m Haus gibt es zwei Aufzüge. Sollte einer ausfallen sollte der andere auf jeden Fall funktionieren. Dies war bei uns auch der Fall. Aufgrund von Ersatzteilemangel war ein Aufzug defekt. Der andere Aufzug lief jedoch reibungslos die ganze Zeit. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Der Strand ist fußläufig über die Straße in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch die Fußgängerzone liegt sehr nah. Parkplätze gibt es rund ums Haus. In der Hochsaison muss man halt mal etwas schauen und vielleicht auch zwei mal um den Block fahren. Wir haben jedenfalls immer einen Parkplatz in angemessener Nähe gefunden. Kurzum: Wir können das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wir selbst werden auch wieder hier anfragen, sollten wir wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour à Armacao de pera. Détente et bronzette à deux pas de l'océan. Il y a tout pour profiter de la mer au maximum paddle Jet ski etc... De très bon restaurant à proximité de l'appartement avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Le soir il y a plein d'animation dans la rue piétonne. Très bel appartement et conforme à la description d'une propreté irréprochable. Propriétaire très gentille qui nous met tout de suite à l'aise. Elle nous a donné toutes les infos sur l'appartement et sur les choses à faire aux alentours. Par contre le seul bémol de l'appartement c'est qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation et avec le réchauffement climatique je pense que ça serait essentiel.

Vista spettacolare e appartamento super!

L'appartamento dal vivo è ancora meglio della descrizione. La posizione è ottima, all'interno di un bel condominio silenzioso nonostante i tanti inquilini. La casa è arredata con cura e dotata di tutti i comfort, davvero molto accessoriata. A metà soggiorno cambio biancheria e pulizia dell'appartamento, un ottimo servizio. I proprietari ci hanno accolto con simpatia e gentilezza fornendoci anche molte informazioni utili. Grazie di tutto!!

Perfecto y muy limpio las vistas impresionantes cocina totalmente equipada no falta un detalle muy comodo y muy bien situado. Lo recomiendo 100% para unas vacaciones perfectas. La anfitriona encantadora, camas muy comodas cero ruidos un 10.
