We welcome you to our contemporary two-bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of Kiama.

Perfectly positioned for convenience, you’ll find yourself steps away from an array of restaurants, boutique shops, charming cafes, lively bars, and local hotels.

Explore nearby attractions such as iconic Kiama Blowhole, historic lighthouse, and stunning beaches—all within easy walking distance.

Unwind on the spacious outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy a barbecue feast while taking in the ocean view.

Discover comfort and convenience at our centrally located retreat—your ideal base for experiencing everything Kiama has to offer.

Palm Terrace Kiama has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 guests. The apartment is on the top floor (level 2).

The apartment has a modern bathroom with a spacious lux shower, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. Modern appliances, including coffee machine, washer/dryer, smart TV and Wi-Fi.

The large terrace is set up for relaxing outdoors, complete with a Weber BBQ and alfresco dining.

The bedding configuration is:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private door out onto the terrace
- Bedroom 2: Double bed, with single bunk bed

Quality bedding, linen and towels are provided. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and drawer space.

The Kiama train station is a 10-minute walk away and if you're travelling by car there is a secure undercover car park available.

It’s perfect for a weekend getaway or family holiday.

The location is amazing - so close to the town (or right in the middle of town), and yet very quiet. We went in the middle of winter, and were pleasantly surprised by how pleasant our stay was. The terrace/balcony is HUGE! Kitchen is very well set up and we could have cooked up a storm. Appreciate the little touches like tissues around the apartment, cooking oil and other basics in the kitchen.

Centre of town, lovely beaches 5 minute drive away. Huge balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Well equipped kitchen with essentials such as salt pepper oil vinegar tea coffee and a small milk

A very well equipped little apartment in a fantastic central location. My kids loved all the board games and toys. The owners were great to communicate with and we appreciated the late check out. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay near the center of town

This place was a great stay in a great location. It was just a short walk to the key spots around Kiama. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dish ware and enough pots and cookware to make meals at home. The patio outside was unexpectedly ideal for dinners Al fresco. Without a doubt we would stay again if we are back. We encountered one small issue in our stay and the owners were highly responsible and accommodating.

We loved our Stay

On a practical basis Nicole and Tarryn’s apartment is in an excellent location steps away from all Kiama has to offer. It is very well equipped both inside and out with every modern convenience and all that is required for a comfortable stay. Aesthetically it is beautiful!! It is tastefully furnished with a great shower room and comfortable beds. It is spacious both inside and out and has very comfortable outdoor furniture. Nicole’s communications both by email and in her information booklet are polite and considerate. We stayed for 9 days and we felt at home. Thank you Nicole Tarryn and Simon for sharing your holiday home with us.
