The Neighborhood:

This Beach House is in a very private residential area so during the week the beach is basically all yours. Beautiful clean beach with nice waves.

The entire beach in Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral was just given a gorgeous facelift this past year with tons and tons of new sand added for your pleasure.

Being centrally located you can either walk down the beach to some of the best restaurants on the Pier in Cocoa Beach or walk directly to the Port in Cape Canaveral.

This home is between the Port where the Disney and casino ships sail from and the Cocoa Beach Pier with its many restaurants and attractions. We are minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and you can watch those launches from the privacy of your own balcony. Less than an hour's ride to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc. 45 minutes from Orlando Airport. We are the closest beach to Orlando Airport.



Nearby offers: fishing charters, boat and jetski rental, Brevard Zoo, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Helicopter Tours and more. Activities: wind surfing, surfing, surf lessons, golf, parasailing, kayaking, and more.



Located in Cape Canaveral, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Other Things to Note:

- Quiet Hours: 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.

(ordinance of the City of Cocoa

Beach).



- Trash is collected on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

- Look out for and do not disturb sea turtle nests when walking or enjoying the beach; if hatchlings are observed, leave them alone and make sure all light sources

are extinguished.
