Very comfortable and a great area. We saw dolphins and manatees from the dock in the back yard. Only a few blocks to the beach (bikes provided) and quick access to anything you need: groceries, gas, restaurants.

Home away from home

We've been here multiple times and each time is like coming home. We love the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the peacefulness of just sitting in the dock and watching the manatees. Already planning our next stay.

Excellent place to stay

The house was very clean and decorated very cute. The beds were comfortable and anything you need in the kitchen is readily available. It’s conveniently located on a canal with a nice dock/place to sit on the canal.

Peaceful

Quiet neighborhood and on a canal, the house was clean and perfect for our stay. Restaurants and things to do were close by. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well laying out on the dock in the sun. We would definitely love to come back next year.

Excellent location and beautiful home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was pet friendly. Nicely appointed and the backyard on the canal was awesome. The house was conveniently located to the beach, stores and nice small parks within the area to take kids or dogs. The owner was great and very responsive. It was a wonderful stay!

Cocoa Beach House

This house was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We arrived to a clean, well stocked house. The home is a short drive to beautiful beaches. The house’s backyard was fun for all ages in our group. We enjoyed canoeing around the mangroves and were able to see manatees and dolphins.

Our second stay - looking forward to the next visit

This is a classic Cocoa Beach home, on a waterway, close to the beach and very casual. The ability to bring our dogs was a big plus and fit with our desire to just relax with friends. The home is well outfitted and very well cared for. We look forward to coming back.

A Beauty of a Place!

The place was very close to everything! Everything was clean, dishwasher didn't work, and the washer lost water! The beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was very, very nice. Yes I would stay again.

Ahhhhhmazing stay♥️

Intown for cheer competition with our teens and grandparents. Cocoa beach is always fun, but this house was the BEST👏👏 Literally everything you could think of needing at a beach house was provided! Property was very well maintained, furnishings were superb. Neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants. Jamie is a top notch hostess. We will most definitely return to this property for future vacations.

Great home for a family getaway

This house is amazing! Very well set up and backs up right to the canal. We had six adults and a child and we were all very comfortable. I cooked a feast for Thanksgiving and found the kitchen to be set up very well! Thanks for sharing your home!

Excellent Vacation

Fantastic location in a wonderful neighborhood with a responsive host. Myself, with my son and three other 30 something young men could'nt have wished for a more comfortable or better place to launch a four day fishing adventure! The dock was perfect and the canal gave us instant access to all the water that we desired. We all highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a vacation home in Cocoa Beach! Book this one!

Our second time at this property because we love it. Great vibe. Spacious, clean and perfect for decompressing.This visit we got to see a SpaceX launch. Turtles, manatees and dolphins (!) off the house dock, and spent lazy days at the beach.We used the property bicycles to fetch coffee and dining. Used the canoe to explore the canals.Everything ‘Cocoa Beach’ is readily accessible. Don’t waste time looking at other properties. Book this one. You won’t regret it.We’ll be coming back for a third time.

Beach Vibe

We spent the month of January in this lovely vacation home. Our dog loved sitting on the dock and watching the birds. We loved sitting with a cup of coffee in the enclosed screened porch and watching the dolphins and rocket launches from Kennedy Space station! So relaxing! Jamie was the perfect hostess answering all of our questions immediately. Another plus was the easy walk to restaurants, General Dollar and a small park to walk our dog. We recommend this home. Delightful property

We've stayed in this sub before so we know it's lovely and quiet, a very short walk to the beach as well as downtown. The canal location is great. Loads of birds and lots of sun. Plus - dolphins RIGHT up to the dock at the bottom of the yard. There's a nice little park at the end of the street if you have youngsters plus - more dolphin sightings from there in the river. VERY good communication with the host. Super helpful and friendly. The house has been lovingly renovated and has everything you could need. Very well stocked kitchen etc. Easy to use heating and a/c. Great showers etc. No hesitation in recommending the property.

Fantastic accommodation in a superb location!

We had the most amazing week! The house has everything you need and more, making it feel like a home. The highlight was sitting on the dock with dolphins swimming around looking for fish. We had an adult and a baby visit on the final morning making it very difficult to leave! Our son caught 2 fish and we all enjoyed going to see the mangroves in the canoe where we saw another dolphin! Jamie couldn't have been more helpful and gave us ideas of places to eat and events to see. Surfing Santa's on Christmas eve were great fun to watch. What a wonderful week! Thank you Jamie!

We live on the west coast of Florida. We love to travel and surf. With this home in Cocoa Beach, we don't have to travel far to enjoy the surf.

Cocoa Beach is a cute beach town with waves to surf much of the year. We wanted to be close to the beach, and to the downtown area. We can walk or ride our bikes, with a surfboard, just a few blocks to beach access on Kelly Slater Way, where Kelly the 11th time world surf champ, grew up and learned to surf. We love that the backyard of the house opens up on the canal. Our dog swims in the canal and we can paddle board to the mangroves. Besides all that, we have found really great restaurants, and all the conveniences one could need, all very close at hand. We love the house. We put a lot of thought and effort its recent renovation and into exactly how we wanted the house to look and feel. It's modern and chic but also comfortable, inviting, and practical.
