NEW Cozy Tiny House Retreat in Tranquility - 1 hour north of Toronto

🌱The Property
The Tiny House resides on our 100-acre family farm. The grounds are shared with our family farm house, our Event Barn and a few other rental units. All the buildings are spread out nicely on the property so gives each unit privacy.

We want our guests to have the best experience so please let us know if something isn't working during your stay so that we can get it fixed during your stay or for the next guest. If we are not aware of an issue that it makes it hard to fix it.

🏕️Honest and custom features

This tiny house is a unique space built around experimentation and the goal of creating the absolute best stay possible in a tiny house. To achieve this it is a very custom space with all the amenities found in a home with as little as possible of the compromises that many tiny houses make.

🌲There are a few walking paths in our bush that you are welcome to use to walk your dog.

🌻Note that the space is NOT by a lake or river and does not have a pool or other area to swim. (40 minutes from Centennial Beach in Barrie, 30 minutes from Innisfil Beach)

🍳Kitchen
Features a large double sink, gas cooktop, wall oven, and a medium size fridge/freezer. Pots, pans, dishes and utensils are included, as well as a French press for your coffee enjoyment. Enjoy the view of our rustic event barn as you prep your food in our kitchen. We provide tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper.
Please bring with you the any food items you wish as the kitchen is not stocked with any food.

💧Our tap water is our well water and is drinkable!

🚿Washroom
Comfortably spacious full cedar shower, custom-built vanity with a sink, outlet and a composting toilet. Please do not throw toilet paper inside the toilet

🛌🏻Loft Sleeping Space
The loft features a large skylight and a king size bed. With a sturdy staircase up the loft and the skylight, this space is beautiful and is the perfect comfortable place to fall asleep under the stars. Also enjoy the view of our beautiful farmer's fields in the loft window.

We strive to do our best when we make the bed, it is tricky for our cleaners as it is a tighter space and they need to kneel on the bed in order to make it. They do their best to provide a clean, crisply made bed.

🐞The loft skylight will draw bugs, ladybugs etc and we strive to deal with them the best we can but inevitably there will be some even after a full clean. We do our best to deal with bugs, flies and ladybugs etc but inevitably there will be some even after we have done a full clean.

🪑Living Area
The living space has seating to lounge, sit and eat, or work in front of 4 large windows with a view of our beautiful farm fields or close the curtains to provide a private space. There is a TV on the wall for entertainment and wifi is available.

🌭Outside
Located by a field with a beautiful view, there is a BBQ (propane provided) and picnic table. These items are seasonal (May-Oct).

There is a parking spot right beside the Tiny Home for easy access to the unit.
